Abstract

إن افتقار فلسطين لمجمع وزاري منظم يليق بدولة هو ما دفعنا إلى التفكير بتصميم مجمع وزاري يعكس صورة للرقي والهيبة والمكانة الشامخة لدولة تتمتع بأرض مباركة ومقدسة . للوصول إلى هذه المتطلبات كان ولا بد من اتباع ودراسة وتحليل المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمية اللازمة لتصميم هذا المجمع . يضم هذا المشروع خمس مباني , أربع منها مباني وزارايةتشمل: وزارة الشؤون الخارجية ومبنى وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي, ومبنى وزارة الصحة, ومبنى وزاررة الشؤون الاجتماعية ,و أما المبنى الخامس فهو مبنى الخدمات, ويضم المشروع أيضاً نقاط للحراسة والأمن ومسجد ومواقف للسيارات الحكومية وسيارات الجمهور والحدائق . يتضمن هذا البحث في فصوله الحديث عن الهيكليات الوزارية ومعايير التخطيط والتصميم للمباني الادارية والحكومية , وتحليل لعدد من الحالات الدراسية المشابهة للمشروع , ومن ثم تحليل للمواقع المقترحة وصولاً إلى اختيار أرض المشروع المناسبة والأفضل والتي تتوفر فيها معظم المعايير التخطيطية اللازمة , ونهاية نختمه بالحديث عن وصف للفكرة التصميمية الأولية للمشروع والتي من الممكن محورتها بتفاصيل ادق خلال الفصل القادم ان شاء الله . Palestine lacks an organized ministerial complex that amounts to a state. This motivates us to think of designing a ministerial complex that may reflex a portray of dignity reputation and high position of a state that enjoys a holy land, To achieve such requirements, it was essential to us to follow up study and analyse the necessary criteria of planning and designing the said complex. The project consists of six structures, four of which are for ministries of foreign affairs, ministry of education and higher education, ministry of health and ministry of social affairs, while the fifth one is specialized for services and facilities. The project, too, includes points for guarding, security, parks for governmental and public vehicles. Besides to a park. This research contains chapter about ministerial forms, criteria of planning and designing the administrations and governmental structures and analysis to a number of similar study cases. Then, analyzing suggested or proposed sites, reaching to choice of suitable land and the best one that has necessary planning criteria. We end the project by describing the initial planning idea of the project that could be explained accurately in the coming semester.
