تصميم مدينة طبية

Abstract

مرت مسيرة الرعاية الصحية بالعديد من مراحل التطور على مر السنين واختلاف الحضارات، وقد شابت هذه المسيرة العديد من الأخطاء، بالإضافة إلى العديد من النجاحات، التي أثْرَت تاريخ الإنسانية بتجارب وخبرات لها بالغ الأثر في توجيه بوصلة الحضارة نحو الرقي والازدهار. كما وانقسمت العلوم البشرية إلى أقسام متعددة، وظهرت هذه العلوم وتطورت تبعاً لحاجة الإنسان وظروفه، وتعتبر العلوم الطبية أحد هذه العلوم التي ظهرت منذ خلق الإنسان، وكانت أحد مقومات استمرار حياته بصورة أفضل. ومن خلال هذا البحث تم دراسة الرعاية الصحية ونشأتها وتطورها، وكذلك دراسة الوضع الصحي في فلسطين لمعرفة المشاكل التي تواجه هذا القطاع، كما وتم التعرف من خلال البحث على المدن الطبية وعناصرها المختلفة، وتمت دراسة معاييرها التخطيطية والتصميمية وتحليل عناصرها المختلفة والتي بناءاً عليها تم وضع برنامج المشروع وحساب المساحات اللازمة للمدينة الطبية .

Abstract: Health care march passed through many stages of development over years within different civilizations, this process was marred by many errors, in addition to the many successes, which enriched the history of humanity with experiences and expertise witch have a great impact on the civilization compass orientation towards the advancement and prosperity. The human sciences were divided into multiple partitions, these sciences have emerged and developed according to human needs and circumstances, the Medical Sciences are considered one of these sciences that have emerged since the creation of man, and were one of his means to live a better life. Through this paper, health care have been studied, its origin and evolution, and so the heath care in Palestine -specially in the West Bank- have been studied in order to be aware of obstacles facing this sector of the Palestinian life, more than that, we have recognized through this paper the Medical City and its various elements, planning and design standards were discussed, besides the analysis of its various components, which we were depending on to specify a program of the project and figure the area necessary for the Medical City.
