تصميم قرية هيروديون السياحية

Abstract

لقد أعدت هذه الدراسة لنيل شهادة البكالوريس في الهندسة المعمارية ، وهي دراسة لمشروع قرية سياحية أثرية على جبل الهروديون قرب بيت لحم . سيتم في هذا المشروع تصميم وتخطيط قرية سياحية تحوي مجموعة من المتاحف والمناطق الترفيهية والخدماتية بنكهة جديدة وأسلوب جديد يقدم التاريخ الفلسطيني للجمهور والسياح بأسلوب متميز. حيث يحوي الموقع على بقايا قلعة هيروديون وبعض الآثار الممتدة على أطراف الجبل . والتي سيتم استغلالها لجذب السياح لهذه القرية.بالإضافة إلى ما سيتم إضافته من مباني ثقافية وسياحية .

ولقد تناولنا في بحثنا ما يلي: • الفصل الأول : وهو فصل المقدمة عرضنا فيه أهمية المشروع وأهدافه وخطة البحث ومنهجيته. • الفصل الثاني : نبذة عامة عن السياحة في فلسطين وأهميتها وتطورها. • الفصل الثالث : تحليل ودراسة حالات دراسية لمشاريع سابقة مشابهة لفكرة مشروعنا ، وهنا تم تحليل ثلاث حالات دراسية جميعها في مصر ولم نتمكن من إيجاد مشاريع مشابهة في فلسطين لعدم وجودها أصلا. • الفصل الرابع : دراسة وتحليل المعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية للقرى السياحية ومناقشة أهم الأمور التي يجب أن تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند القيام بعملية التصميم . • الفصل الخامس : تحليل للموقع من كافة نواحيه من حيث موقعة وعلاقته بما يجاوره والمناخ والجغرافية والأبنية الموجودة ...ألخ. • الفصل السادس : هنا في هذا الفصل تم طرح برنامج المشروع وتحديد فراغاته ومساحتها وعلاقتها ببعضها البعض . • الفصل السابع : يتم في هذا الفصل شرح وتوضيح فكرة تخطيط وتصميم القرية السياحية .

In this project, a design and planning of a tourist village containing a series of museums, recreational areas and service will be performed in a devised style that expresses Palestinian history to the public and tourists differently to that of others. Where the site contains the remnants of Fort -- and some of ruins on the outskirts of the mountain. Which will be used to attract tourists to this village. In addition, some cultural and tourist buildings will be added. we have dealt with in our search: • Chapter One: which is the introduction to the importance of the project, its objectives and plan of research and methodology. • Chapter II: an overview of tourism in Palestine, relevance and evolution. • Chapter III: analysis and case studies for previous projects similar to our . Here three cases in Egypt were analyzed but we couldn’t find out similar projects in done Palestine. • Chapter IV: study and analysis of design criteria and planning of tourist villages and discussion of the most important issues that must be taken into account in the design process. • Chapter V: analysis of all aspects of the site in terms of its position and its relationship including track and climate, geographical and existing buildings ... etc.. Chapter VI: here we proposed the project schedule and we specified service ”museums, managements, restaurants,…” and its corresponding areas also their relationship to each other and raise the idea of a preliminary draft.
