تصميم قصر الثقافة في الخليل

Abstract

تواجه الثقافة في فلسطين عامة وفي الخليل خاصة تحديات كثيرة وصعوبات جمة، أهمها وجود الاحتلال الصهيوني الذي يؤثر على سير العملية الثقافية، وعدم وجود جهة راعية تتكفل بتنشيط الحركة الثقافية، وقلة وجود تمويل لهذه المشاريع، ومن خلال دراستنا لحال الثقافة في فلسطين والإرث الثقافي فيها، فقد استنتجنا أننا بحاجة إلى وجود مبنى كهذا في مدينة الخليل فهناك العديد من الفعاليات التي تحتاج إلى مكان للعناية بالحركة الثقافية كالندوات والمحاضرات والمسرحيات والاحتفالات وغيرها مع العلم بأن بلدية الخليل أدركت هذه الحاجة وهي تفكر بإقامة مشروع لهذه الغاية، وإسهاما منا رأينا أن نطور الفكرة إلى إقامة قصر للثقافة في مدينة الخليل. وقد قمنا باختيار قطعة الأرض في منطقة تعكس أهمية المبنى وهي منطقة بئر حرم الرامة التي تظهر واجهتها من مدخل مدينة الخليل الشمالي، وإن مثل هذا المبنى يجب أن يعكس صورة جيدة عن مدينة الخليل وعن ثقافتها خاصة لزوار المدينة الذين ليست لديهم المعرفة الكافية عن المدينة وثقافتها وعراقتها. و يضم المشروع عدة فعاليات نحاول من خلالها تحقيق الأهداف التي وجد من أجلها المشروع والتي من خلالها نعمل على نشر ثقافة مدينة الخليل كالمعارض الفنية ومعارض التراث والحرف السائدة في المدينة، و بها نستطيع إقامة فعاليات تعمل على تنمية مهارات الفئات المختلفة في المدينة كإقامة الندوات والمحاضرات في المجالات المختلفة بالإضافة إلى استقبال فعاليات متعددة بشكل متاح لجميع الفئات. ولقد نبعت فكرة المشروع من معاناة الشعب الفلسطيني إذ أن ثقافة المقاومة ولدت معنا وستبقى في دمائنا، ويحاول الاحتلال منع انتشار الثقافة بالعديد من الوسائل، لذلك تعمقت الفكرة من هذه القضية ومن إصرارنا على المقاومة والاهتمام بالثقافة وهذا ما يمكننا من دحر العدو، فالقلم هو من الطرق التي تقهر العدو والقلم هو الذي بدأ الله سبحانه وتعالى فيه القران الكريم بسورة العلق .قال تعالى"اقرأ باسم ربك الذي خلق، خلق الإنسان من علق، اقرأ وربك الأكرم، الذي علم بالقلم، علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم"صدق الله العظيم.( )

The culture in Palestine in general and in Hebron in particular, is facing many challenges and difficulties, mainly the existence of the Zionist Occupation, which affects the process of culture, secondly the lack of funding for these projects. And through our study for the culture in Palestine and cultural heritage in it, we concluded that we need the existence of such a building in Hebron, because there are many events that need a place like this such as seminars, festivals and so on. In addition to that, Hebron municipality has proposed a similar project in the city. We choose the land in region that reflects the importance of the project, which is Haram Al-Rama, the land faced the northern entrance of Hebron city, such building should reflect the good image of the city of Hebron and reflects its own culture specially for the strange person who inters the city and so he can learn everything about Hebron life, like popular eating, clothing and so on. The project is based on several events that have been proposed such as library ,music hall, ,arts hall sport's hall and theater "external and internal" etc. , the most important thing in the cultural palace will be the galleries as they are the core of the project, they should be distributed in many places because there will be exhibitions of Foreign Affairs of the characters in the heritage city of Hebron, like glass , metal , pottery and other internal exhibitions like pictures and paintings that painted by known artists and show the talents of the city itself , also it could be a place for poetry The project started from the idea of the suffering of the Palestinian people ,as the culture of resistance which was born with us and will remain in our blood where as the occupation is trying all time to prevent the spread of our culture in many different ways. Our idea emerged from this issue, and insisting on the resistance and insistence on attention that the culture can participate in defeating the enemy so the pen invincible way in fighting the enemy and the pen is the first thing that Allah started the holly Quran in it, in meaning , Almighty said: "Proclaim! (Or read!) In the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created (1) Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood (2) Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful (3) He who taught (the use of) the pen (4) Taught man that which he knew not (5)" ( ) Certified Almighty God.
