Abstract

في إطار الاستخدام الكثيف لتقنية الانترنت تشهد مواقع التوظيف الالكتروني ثورة في توظيف الباحثين عن عمل، واستطاعت أن تزيد من كفاءتها للدرجة التي تجعلها تساهم بشكل فعال في اتخاذ ق ا رر التعيين. لقد أصبح هذا الوسيط مجربا ومختب ا ر وأصبح أداة أساسية موثوقا بها، يعول عليه الباحثون عن العمل وأصحاب العمل كمصدر رئيسي يستخدم بشكل أوحد أو كمكمل للطرق التقليدية في التوظيف. وهي بذلك تهدف إلى تقليل الهوة بين الطرفين بما يساهم في خفض ما يسمى "البطالة الاحتكاكية"، وهي البطالة التي سببها الرئيس غياب المعلومات عن جانبي سوق العمل. وتنبع أهمية هذه الخدمة من كونها تحقق مبدأ الشفافية والعدالة في قضايا التوظيف. هذا الت ا زيد الواسع والسريع لعدد هذه المواقع في العالم يتطلب منا تقييم مدى جودة هذه المواقع الخدمية وفق معايير التقييم التي تنشرها الأبحاث بصورة دائمة، من أجل الكشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف لهذه المواقع بهدف تطويرها بطريقة مناسبة ومفيدة.

Abstract During the intensive use of the internet services, online recruitment sites are witnessing a revolution in the recruitment of job seekers; consequently, the sites were able to increase the efficiency of the degree that can contribute effectively to take the recruiting decisions. This mediator has been experienced and examined and become an essential and reliable tool, in which job seekers and employers used as a key source or a counterpart to the traditional methods of recruitment. It thus aims to reduce the gap between the two parties, which would contribute to reducing the so-called "frictional unemployment", the unemployment which clearly caused by lack of information about both sides of the labor market. The importance of this service is to imply transparency and fairness among employment issues. This increase for a number of these sites in the world requires us to increase evaluating the quality of these service sites in accordance with the evaluation criteria published by the research permanently, in order to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of these sites in order to develop appropriate them in a useful manner.
