Abstract

يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على أحد أهم الموارد المهمة في تنمية كافة قطاعات المجتمع وهي التكنولوجيا, والتي انتشرت بشكل واسع في الآونة الأخيرة, وأصبحت من المعايير المهمة التي يتم من خلالها الحكم على مدى تطور المجتمع أو تأخره, فلذلك جاء هذا البحث ليقدم دراسة شاملة ومتكاملة عن أهمية التكنولوجيا, والمراكز التكنولوجية, وكيف يمكن من خلالها النهوض بتكنولوجيا المجتمع. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم مركز تكنولوجيا معلومات, وفق معايير صحيحة, ليكون احد أهم 0الوسائل التي يمكن اللجوء عليها لتطوير المجتمع, وبالتحديد أصحاب المؤسسات المحلية, حيث يمكنهم المركز من تدريب وتطوير طاقم العمل, والحصول على استشارات وحلول تكنولوجية, دون الحاجة إلى اللجوء للمؤسسات الأجنبية, بالإضافة إلى العديد من الأهداف سوف يتم طرحها خلال البحث. يتطرق البحث من خلال فصوله, إلى نشأة التكنولوجيا وكيفية تطورها عبر العصور المختلفة, كما ويستعرض أهم المؤسسات والمراكز التي تقدم الخدمات التكنولوجية في فلسطين, ويتطرق إلى أهم العقبات التي تقف حائلا أمام تطور التكنولوجيا وانتشارها في فلسطين, ومجموعة من الحالات الدراسية, المحلية والعامية, وتحليلها للتعرف على نقاط قوتها وضعفها, ليتم الوصول فيما بعد إلى وضع البرنامج المناسب للمشروع, وتحديد الفراغات والفعاليات ومساحتها, المطلوب توافرها في مثل هذا النوع من المراكز, وبناءا على هذا كله تم في نهاية المطاف اختيار الموقع الملائم لإقامة المشروع عليه. This type of research lighting on the technology, Technology is the main resource that help to improve all sector in the community. Technology spread on all directions in the last year, and it become one of the main criteria that use to judge if the community developed or not, so the research come to present complete study about the important of technology ,centers of technology, and how we use it to improve the technology in community. The object of research is design center of technology, by use correct criteria, to become one of the main resource that we can use it to improve society, especially, people who have local institution, because they can take many technology solution in many felid, so that there is no need to shelter to outside. This research talk about a history of technology, and how developed by the year. The research presented the most important institutions and information technology centers in Palestine, and talked about the main problems that faced the technology in Palestine, the research presented some of cases study, that we analysis to know the positive and negative of the projects. Later put the program of project, and decide the main department, Finally choose the perfect land for the project.
