Abstract

تعد المراكز الثقافية الاسلامية جزءا لا يتجزا من هوية الشعب الفلسطيني وتاريخه الحضاري فهي تجسد قيم المعرفة ، وتساهم في بناء شخصية الفرد وتنمي القيم الروحية والاخلاقية ، وتعمل على بناء قدرات المجتمع المحلي لادارة الفعل الثقافي وتوظيفه للتاثير على حياة الانسان واحترام التنوع الثقافي وتجسيد قيم الحوار وتقدير الاخر . يهدف هذا البحث الى تكوين خلفية نظرية حول معايير تصميم مراكز ثقافية اسلامية بالاضافة الى استعراض الحالات الدراسية والتي من خلالها يتم تعزيز المعرفة وزيادة القدرة على تخيل ووصف المشروع المقترح،حيث يعتبر اللجوء الى الحالات الدراسية من الطرق الناجحة لفهم وربط العلاقات الوظيفية بين مكونات المبنى ومعرفة ايجابيات وسلبيات كل حالة مما يمكن المصمم من معرفة المشاكل التي يمكن ان تواجهه اثناء التصميم وتجنبها، وكذلك فان البحث يعتمد على جمع المعلومات المرتبطة بالمشروع المقترح من خلال الكتب والمجلات والاوراق العلمية واستخدام المواقع الكترونية ومن جهة اخرى يعزز الحاجة الى تصميم مثل هذه المراكز في فلسطين ،بحيث تحقق اهدافها الثقافية والاجتماعية وتكون قادرة على تمثيل فلسطين على المستوى المحلي والعالمي . المشروع عبارة عن مركز ثقافي اسلامي في مدينة بيت لحم ، فهي مدينة ذات تنوع ثقافي وديني وكذلك تعتبر من اهم المدن السياحية على مستوى العالمي ،كذلك هناك توجه لبناء مركز ثقافي اسلامي من قبل دار الافتاء في بيت لحم، وفي هذا المشروع محاولة للدمج بين عدة نشاطات ثقافية واجتماعية وتعليمية ، حيث يضم هذا المشروع مسرح ومعارض ثقافية وحضارية ومكتبة ومشاغل يدوية The Islamic Cultural Centers are integral parts of the identity of the Palestinian people and the history of civilization as they embody the values of knowledge, and contribute to building an individual personality and develop spiritual and moral values, and works to build community capacity to manage cultural action and employ it to influence human life and respect for cultural diversity and the embodiment of the values of dialogue and appreciation of the other. This research aims to configure a theoretical background about the criteria of designing Islamic cultural centers in addition to the review of the case studies through which is to enhance the knowledge and increase the ability to imagine and describe the proposed project, whereby resorting to case studies is considered to be a successful method to understand and connect the functional relationships between the components of the building and find out pros and cons of each case, enabling the designer to recognize the problems that can be encountered during the design and avoiding them, as well as the research depends on the collection of information associated with the proposed project through books, magazines, scientific papers and the use of websites. On the other hand, it reinforces the need to design such centers in Palestine so that it achieves its cultural and social goals and be able to represent Palestine at the global and local levels. The project is an Islamic Cultural Center in the city of Bethlehem, which is a city with a diversity in cultures and religions as well as one of the most important cities at the global level. In this project, there is a tendency to build an Islamic Cultural Center by Dar Al-Ifta in Bethlehem. there also an attempt to integrate several educational, social and cultural activities. This project includes a theater, cultural and civilizational library and handicrafts workshops
