Abstract

تسهم السياحة في بناء اقتصاد الدول وتقدمها ، وتخلق العلاقات الانسانية بين شتى المجتمعات ،كما انها علاج اقتصادي يوصف للدول النامية بالعالم . اما السياحة في فلسطين ، فلها قدر لا يستهان به في تطور الاقتصاد ونموه ، ذلك لما يتوافر فيها من عوامل الجذب السياحي المتنوعة ، فهناك امكانية دائما لتوفر جميع انواع السياحة ، سواء الدينية ، التراثية ، الثقافية ، التاريخية ، الترفيهية ، او العلاجية . فالمنتجعات السياحية تعد كأداة للنهوض بالسياحة الفلسطينية التي تعد أحد الروافد الإستراتيجية المناسبة لدعم الاقتصاد الفلسطيني والنهوض به. ويكون ذلك من خلال تأسيس المنتجعات السياحية بشكل مخطط ومدروس ، بالاضافة الى ذلك فالمنتجعات تعد اداه للترفيه للسكان المحليين ، لذا كان التوجه نحو هذا المشروع "منتجع سياحي جبلي " في مدينة الخليل ، لتنميتها سياحياً واقتصاديا.ً وبذلك يستطيع الانسان ممارسة الانشطة الرياضية المختلفة والحصول على العلاج الطبيعي والترفيه في مكان واحد . بحيث يشعر الانسان بالراحة والانسجام والتوازن مع البيئة المحيطة به مع تعزيز نمط التعامل مع البيئة بحيث يتم استغلالها بالقدر الممكن في خدمة المشروع دون الاضرار بها . Tourism contributes in building the economy of nations and progress, and create human relationships between the various communities, they also treat economic prescribed for developing countries in the world. As tourism in Palestine, they have a considerable amount in the development and growth of the economy, because of having diverse tourist attractions, there is always the possibility to offer all kinds of tourism, whether religious, traditional, cultural, historical, recreational, or therapeutic. So the tourist resorts are the tool for the advancement of the Palestinian tourism, which is a tributary right strategy to support the Palestinian economy and promotion. And be done through the establishment of tourist resorts in a planned and thoughtful, In addition , tourist resort is for entertain the local population, so it was to go about this project, "a mountain tourist resort" in the city of Hebron, to tourism and economic development. So that humans can practice various sports activities and get physical therapy and entertainment in one place. So that humans feel comfortable, harmony and balance with the surrounding environment while enhancing style of dealing with the environment so that it is exploited to the extent possible in the service of the project without hurting them.
