التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى فندق جلاكسي في مدينة بيت لحم

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة المشروع في إنشاء فندق سياحي في مدينة بيت لحميحقق الأهداف ويلبي جميع الخدمات التي توفرها الفنادق السياحية؛ فهي تشتمل على قاعة استقبال الزبائن ومطعم وغرف فندقية ومحلات تجارية وغرف خدمة وغيرها من الخدمات. إذ تم الحصول على المخططات المعمارية للمشروع من قبل دائرة الهندسة المدنية والمعمارية ليتسنى عمل التصميم الإنشائي وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تشملها, والمشروع من إعدادالطالبة ريهام مناصرة, بإشراف الدكتور غسان دويك. يتكون المبنى من ستة طوابق على قطعة أرض مساحتها 6000 متر مربع، ومساحة البناء2000 متر مربع. من الجدير بالذكرتم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية,ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل تم استخدام U.B.C- 97)) ،أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فقد تم استخدامالكود الأمريكي(ACI_318- 08) ولا بد من الإشارة إلى انه تم الاعتماد على بعض البرامج الحاسوبية مثل: Autocad2007,ETABS,SAFE, Atirوغيرها.

نتمنى بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية للمبنى كاملا وبعد تصميم هذا المشروع وعمل كل ما تم ذكره يتوقع أن نخلص إلى عدد من النتائج والتوقعات تتمثل في ربط المعلومات التي تم دراستها في المساقات المختلفة،وتحليل وتصميم جميع العناصر الإنشائية وبيان تأثير كل عنصر من العناصر على الآخر، ومن ثم عمل المخططات الإنشائية التنفيذية بشكل كامل ومفصل لكل منها. This project is located in Bethlehem city, Jerusalem Hebron Road, on land with an area of 6000 square meters, and the hotel has 6 floors as follows: 1. Basement floor with area of 1800 meters square contains stores, parking and boiler. 2. Ground floor with area of 2000 meters square, and has a reception hall, a restaurant and shops and department administrative room. 3. First Floor with area of 1300 meters square contains a number of bedrooms customers and service department on this floor. 4. Second floor with an area of 1240 meters square, contains a number of bedrooms customers and service department on this floor. 5. A third floor with an area of 1180 meters square contains a number of bedrooms customers and service department on this floor. 6. Fourth floor with an area of 1120 square meters contains a number of bedrooms customers and service department on this floor. In addition, contains a stairs number 2 and number 2 lifts, so the total area of the hotel building 8640 square meters. The hotel is an architectural layout so that decreases gradually each floor space to top. For structural design of this project, Jordanian Construction Code was used for determining live loads, whereACI_318- 02 code is to be used for structural analysis and design for all structural elements, and some of computer software will be used, such as Autocad2008, Atir, and Office2007…etc. By the end of this project, the structural design for structural elements in this building will be done.
