Abstract

تواجه العالقات والروابط ا جتماعية في مدينة الخليل مشكلة تفكك الروابط ا جتماعية وضعف وتكسر العالقات بين أفراد المجتمع، باختالف فئاتهم العمرية وباختالف الشريحة المجتمعية التي ينتمون إليها، ولكون العالقات والروابط الداخلية في المجتمع ذات قيمة كبيرة وته.ير على قوة المجتمع ومكانته، كان للاما علينا أن ندرس العوامل المؤ.رة فيها، وأسباب تفككها، وطرق عالجها، وقد تم جمع المعلومات الالزمة في هذا البحث الوصفي عن طريق الكتب والمجالت والنشرات، وا ستعانة بهبحاث سابقة، فشمل البحث معايير تصميم النوادي الرياضية وا جتماعية، ودراسات لحاالت عربية وعالمية، ووضع برنامج تفصيلي لمتطلبات نادي رياضي إجتماعي، يساهم بشكل جلئي في حل المشكلة العامة، إذ أن الحل الكلي بحاجة إلى تغيير جذري في بنية المجتمع، كذلك تم العمل على دراسة الموقع دراسة تحليلية تفصيلية، حيث تم اختيار قطعة أرض مناسبة للمشروع، في مدينة الخليل، في موقع سهل الوصول من أكبر عدد ممكن من سكان المدينة، ما بين دوار الرحمة وجبل أبو رمان، .م دراسة القطعة المختارة بشكل دقيق، وقد شمل برنامج المشروع على العديد من الفراغات ا جتماعية، والفراغات الرياضية، ورؤية المشروع تعتمد على اعتماد الناحية الترفيهية كوسيلة لجذب األفراد، بعد ذلك تترك العالقات ا جتماعية تسير بشكل تلقائي، غير مصطنع. People in Hebron had a strong social structure in the past. However, the social relations and connections between Hebron residents have been weekend, the problem came from many major reasons, lack of meeting places, wasting time on TV and other technologies instead of meeting each other, and the wrong way of using the Social networks. Due to importance of this relations and connections to the community, and its effect on social cohesion, we had to study the factors that affect the relations between people, and why it is breaking, and finally how to solve the problem. Referring to literature the researcher suggested a project that can be a gathering place for the residents to communicate and socialize. The suggested social club is expected to participate in solving part of the problem, so that solving the problem completely needs a comprehensive solution that changes the structure of the community. The research also analyzed what are the suitable site specifications for the suggested project and referred to the related standards. Then he had chosen a suitable land that could be arrived easily by the largest number of Hebron residents, and the suggested site has been analyzed. The Program of the suggested projects includes several social and sport facilities, and the vision of the projects VII depends on sport and entertainment facilities as an attraction point to bring people to the club, then leaving the social relations being built normally.
