مركز ثقافي ترفیھي في مخیم الفوار

Abstract

The Palestinians have lost the land since their catastrophe of the born of the Zionism State that replaced the native people with the immigrant settlers. Since that day, the land has narrowed in front of the refugees due to the new environment that the Palestinians have lived under severe and suffering the shortage of infrastructure and the life requirement. Additionally, until today, our people are still suffering repression of the occupation, and still the camps existed to this moment, and still refugees suffer worse in the social, cultural and living conditions and infrastructure. Our feeling towards refugees suffering urged us to suggest this title of our graduation project, a cultural, a social and entertainment centre in Al- Fawwar Refugee camps.

In the forefront of our project, we do our best to collect information on the Palestinian refugee camps and in particular the camp of Al- Fawwar the case in which the people are suffering, and then move on then to the Palestinian culture and the importance of conservation and development to suit the time and place. We choose some examples of the cultural centers inside and outside Palestine, so we study and analyze. finally, as the result of the lack of lands inside the populated area, we move to the selection of a piece of land suitable and within a walking distance from the camp . We analysis the selected site at all levels and then we directed our efforts to identify the activities of the project and also to identify the program for the project and its contents in accordance with the design standards and the need for population the camp. Finally, we offer the a preliminary concept that guide us to reach our project objectives.

احتلت الأرض و ضاقت على أهلها بما رحبت وطال الزمان وبقي الحال كما هو...فما زال أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني يعانون مأساة الاحتلال, ولازالت المخيمات قائما إلى هذه اللحظة, ولازال اللاجئون يعانون سوءا في الأوضاع الاجتماعية والثقافية والمعيشية والبنية التحتية, وأيضا يعانون من عدم تطبيق حق عودة اللاجئين إلى ديارهم, ولازالت جذور المخيمات صامدة واللاجئون الفلسطينيون موجودون فيها يعانون زيادة في الكثافة السكانية مما سبب ضغوطات كبيرة على جميع المجالات, وهذا السبب دفعنا إلى التفكير بتصميم مركز ثقافي اجتماعي ترفيهي لإحدى المخيمات الفلسطينية ألا وهو مخيم الفوار الموجود جنوب محافظة الخليل, لكي يساعد ساكني هذا المخيم بالحصول على حقهم والتمتع بإنسانيتهم مثلهم مثل باقي أفراد الشعوب الأخرى. فقمنا في مقدمة مشروعنا بجمع المعلومات عن المخيمات الفلسطينية واخص بالذكر مخيم الفوار وتلمسنا حال السكان فيه وما يعانيه, ومن ثم الانتقال بعدها إلى الثقافة الفلسطينية وأهمية الحفاظ عليها وتطورها بحيث تلائم الزمان والمكان, واستعرضنا بعض الأمثلة على المراكز الثقافية الموجودة داخل فلسطين وخارجها وقمنا بدراستها وتحليلها, وأخيرا الانتقال إلى اختيار قطعة ارض ملائمة ومجاورة لمخيم الفوار, فلم نتمكن من الحصول على قطعة ارض داخل المخيم نظرا لضيق المساحة وارتفاع الكثافة السكانية ومن ثم تحليل هذه القطعة من جميع لجوانب وتحديد فعاليات المشروع, وأيضا تم تحديد برنامج للمشروع ومحتوياته وفقا للمعايير التصميمية وحاجة سكان المخيم.، وأخيرا عصف ذهننا بفكرة أولية عن المشروع لبعث الأمل في نفوس سكان المخيم مستوحين ذلك من الأمل المنبعث من أشعة الشمس.
