Abstract

تأتي فكرة المشروع في إيجاد ملتقى ومتنفس للمرأة في مدينة الخليل ومحيطها وذلك من خلال تصميم منتدى في منطقة دائرة السير ، يجمع بين الفاعلية والإبداع الهندسي لخدمة واحد من أهم فئات المجتمع ألا وهي المرأة . من خلال تصاميمها الداخلية والخارجية واستثمار الحيز المتاح سيوفر المنتدى المرافق المختلفة التي تسهم في تقديم خدمات تعليمية واقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية وغيرها . ففي ظل التغيرات التي طرأت على ظروف الحياة في فلسطين وعيش أبناء شعبها تحت وطأة الاحتلال الصهيوني كل ذلك أدى إلى تقلص دور المرأة و قلت مشاركتها في مجالات الحياة المختلفة . ومن هنا جاءت فكرة إنشاء وتصميم منتدى للمرأة الفلسطينية ليقدم خدماته بشتى أنواعها ، ويهدف هذا المشروع إلى التصدي للعديد من المشاكل الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تعاني منها المرأة الفلسطينية ، كما ويهدف إلى رفع المستوي الفكري لدى بعض فئات المجتمع للمساهمة في تفعيل دور المرأة في شتى مجالات الحياة اليومية . ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم البدء بدراسة تاريخية لدور المرأة على مر العصور ، ودراسة المعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية للمنتديات ، ثم تحليل حالات دراسية على المستوى الإقليمي . وبالاستفادة من الدراسات السابقة وآراء ذوي الاختصاص ، تم وضع آلية لاختيار الموقع المناسب للمشروع وتحليله ، ووضع البرنامج المناسب له . وفي نهاية البحث تم تحديد عناصر المشروع والفكرة المبدئية للتصميم للانطلاق من خلالها في عملية التصميم والتخطيط في المرحلة القادمة من المشروع

Comes the idea of the project in a forum and outlet for women in the city of Hebron and its environs, through the Design Forum in the Traffic Department, combines efficiency and innovation to serve the engineering and one of the most important segments of society, namely women. Hence the idea of creating and designing a forum for Palestinian women to provide services of various kinds, and this project aims to address many of the problems of cultural and social suffering of Palestinian women, and aims to raise the intellectual level of some segments of society to contribute to activating the role of women in various areas of daily life . To achieve these objectives was to begin studying the historical role of women throughout the ages, and the study design and planning standards for forums, case studies and analysis at the regional level. Drawing on previous studies and the views of specialists, was to develop a mechanism to select the appropriate location of the project and analysis, and develop appropriate program for him. At the end of the research was to identify elements of the project and the initial idea for the start of the design which in the process of design and planning in the next phase of the project
