Abstract

تعد مراكز الإعلام من المراكز المهمة في المجتمع فإلى جانب هدفها الرئيسي وهو كشف الحقيقة فهي تعمل أيضا على تطوير القدرات الإعلامية للإعلاميين وللمهتمين في هذا المجال، فظهرت الحاجة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بتصميم مثل هذه المراكز على الأراضي الفلسطينية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تكوين خلفية نظرية حول معايير تصميم مراكز الإعلام بالإضافة إلى استعراض الحالات الدراسية لزيادة القدرة على تخيل حجم ووصف المشروع وذلك لبناء واقع نظري تحليلي يمكن الاستناد عليه لتصميم مشروع مثل مشروع مركز الإعلام يحقق أهدافه التعليمية والإجتماعية والثقافية والتربوية وغيرها. إن إدراج حالات دراسية من الطرق الناجحة المتبعة في البحوث المختلفة والتي تم الاعتماد عليها لمعرفة الإيجابيات والسلبيات المتعلقة في المشروع، بالإضافة إلى جمع المعلومات النوعية المتعلقة بطبيعة المشروع المقترح والإطلاع على الكتب والمواقع الالكترونية ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث. يعد الاهتمام في تصميم وتطوير مراكز الإعلام من الأمور الضرورية لتلبية احتياجات المجتمع ،من خلال تطوير القدرات والإبداعات الإعلامية وإظهار ما يجري على أرض الواقع وإيصاله للعالم أجمع. Media Centers are important centers in society, these centers aim originally to reveal the truth, they aim also to develop media skills for people who are interested in this field. And therefore the need of design such centers become highly important in our Palestinian community. The main goal of this research is built a theoretical background for the standards which are needed to design these centers, the case studies has shown that these standards helps to visualize the size and description of the center, which is based on theoretical analysis for the project in order achieve its educational, Social, cultural, and others purposes. The inclusion of case studies are successful ways that used in different researches; to show the advantage and disadvantage of the project, in addition to gather information and data; also to have access to the books and websites which are related to the research subject. The importance of designing and development these media is meet the needs of the community for these centers , and to develop the creative abilities in the media in order to represent what is happening on the real world.
