اعادة تأهيل قطاع الصرف الصحي في بلدة خاراس

Abstract

تعاني فلسطين كغيرها من دول العالم من مشكلة سوء تصريف المياه العادمة بشكل يؤثر سلبا على البيئة بعناصرها المختلفة من مياه ،هواء،تربة،انسان ....،الا اننا لاحظنا في الآونة الاخيرة ان مشاريع الصرف الصحي قد اخذت حيزا في التطبيق على ارض الواقع بعد حملات التوعية التي وجهت للمجتمع الفلسطيني عن الكوارث البيئية الناجمة من التصريف الخاطئ للمياه العادمة.حيث ان اغلب قرى فلسطين تعتمد على الحفر الامتصاصية لتصريف المياه العادمة حيث تتسرب المياه العادمة غير المعالجة وتختلط مع المياة الجوفية مؤثرة وبشكل مباشر على نوعية هذه المياه مما يزيد من شح مصادر المياه المتوفرة في فلسطين .وعلى الرغم من قلة المشاريع المنفذة من هذا النوع الا انها تعد خطوة إيجابية وفعالة. تم تنفيذ مجموعة من مشاريع الصرف الصحي النموذجية في عدد من المناطق الفلسطينة لتكون نموذجا يحتذى به في كافة المناطق المجاورة وكانت من احدى هذه المناطق بلدة خاراس حيث تم تصميم شبكة صرف صحي تنتهي بمحطة معالجة وقد اثبتت هذه المحطة كفاءتها لمدة 4 سنوات الا انها ولاسباب معينة توقفت عن العمل الامر الذي أدى الى مشاكل كبيرة متعلقة بالشبكة والبيئة. وحرصا منا على الحفاظ على بيئة خاراس خاصة والبيئة الفلسطينة عامة قررنا ان تكون بلدة خاراس هي الحالة الدراسية لنا ،حيث سنقوم باعادة تأهيل شبكة الصرف الصحي ومحطة المعالجة.ان دراستنا لهذا المشروع ستأخذ بعين الاعتبار النمو السكاني ومعدل استهلاكهم للمياه ل 25 سنة القادمة،متماشية مع التطور التجاري والعمراني والصناعي في المنطقة. سيشمل هذا التصميم كافة المناطق في بلدة خاراس وسيتم على نظام الجاذبية لتقليل تكاليف الحفريات والبناء،كما سيشمل هذا المشروع على اعادة تأهيل محطة المعالجة ونقلها الى موقع جديد بعيد عن المناطق السكنية ومتماشيا مع الشبكة . Palestine suffers, like other countries in the world from the problem of drainage of waste, which has a negative impact on the environment with its different elements, water, air, soil, human ....etc, but we have noted recently that the wastewater projects have been taken in the application space, after the raising of the awareness towards Palestinian society for environmental disasters resulting from the faulty drainage of wastewater. As most of the villages in Palestine rely on cesspits for wastewater discharge, where non treated waste is leaked and mixed with groundwater which influence directly on the quality of ground water. As a result increases the scarcity of available water resources in Palestine. In spite of the few projects of this kind, but it is a positive and effective step. Several typical projects were done in a number of Palestinian countries to be a role model in all the surrounding areas. One of these was Kharas area, which has designed a sewer system ended with a treatment plant. The project has been proven its efficiency for 4 years, but for certain reasons, it stopped work. This led to major problems related to the network and the environment. Kharas considered as apart of the Palestinian environment and for our care to save this environment, we have decided to take Kharas as case study .where we will rehabilitate the sewerage network and treatment plant. Our study will take into account population growth and the rate of consumption of water for the next 25 years, in a line with commercial, architectural and industrial development in the area.

This design will include all areas within Kharas town and will be based on gravity system to reduce the cost of excavation and construction. Project will also include the rehabilitation of the treatment plant and transfer it to a new site away from residential areas and in line with the network.
