Abstract

هذه الدراسة تتدرج في سياق عمارة تأهيل المجتمع ، إذ أننا نسلط الضوء على إحدى فئات المجتمع ذات الفئة القليلة الكبيرة من حيث تأثيرها على بقية فئات المجتمع الأخرى ألا وهي " ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة" ، حيث تتناول الدراسة اقتراح لحل مشكلة تعتبر من أهم المشاكل التي تواجهها هذه الفئة وهي كيفية اندماجهم في المجتمع وكيفية دخولهم معترك الحياة بالرغم من أنواع الإعاقة التي من شأنها أن تكون حائلا . إن ارتفاع عدد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ونقص مراكز التأهيل التي ترعاهم ، وعدم تأهيل المباني لاستقطاب هذه الفئة كان الدافع وراء عمل مثل هذا البحث الذي سوف يدرس جميع هذه الجوانب والاحتياجات الخاصة لهذه الفئة من أجل توفيرها في مشروع مركز إعادة التأهيل لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. من خلال دراسة بعض المراجع ذات العلاقة ، والاستعانة بالمعلومات المتوفرة فيها ، وعمل بعض الزيارات للجهات المعنية ، والإطلاع على الكودات الخاصة بهذا الموضوع تم تحديد ملامح منهجية البحث التي تقوم على البحث الكمي من خلال تجميع المعلومات حول موضوع البحث ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تمت دراسة المعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية لمراكز تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ودراسة حالات مشابهة لمشروعنا محلية وأخرى دولية ، واتبعها اختيار قطعة الأرض في بلدة بيت أولا وذلك بسبب حاجتها لمثل هذه المشاريع ، ومن ثم تم تحديد متطلبات المشروع بناء على تحليل وظائف المشروع . This study ranging in the context of building community rehabilitation , as we shine in light of one of the segments of society with the few large in terms of its impact on the rest of the other groups in society , namely "people with disabilities", where the study addresses a proposal to solve the problem is one of the most important problems faced by this group which is how their integration into the community and how they enter the realm of life despite the types of disabilities that would be a barrier.
