التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى كلية الهندسة الجديد التابع لجامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى كلية الهندسة الجديد،المشروع هو من أحد المشاريع الذي تم تصميمه خلال العمل على الاقتراح المتطور لمشروع اعادة تأهيل وتخطيط الحرم الجامعي جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين_واد الهرية ،تم تصميمه من أجل مواكبة وملائمة زيادة عدد طلاب الجامعة بشكل كبير طبقا للمعايير والأسس المتبعة في تصميم الكليات الهندسية وطبقا للواقع والظروف المحيطة في المشروع.

يتألف المبنى من كتلتين رئيسيتين ضخمتين,بمساحة مقدارها 1755 متر مربع,حيث تم الربط بينهما بشكل منسجم وملائم لوظيفته وشكل المبنى,ترتفع الكتلة الأولى 6 طبقات والكتلة الثانية 5 طبقات, ويحتوي كل مبنى على عناصر حركة رئيسية من أدراج ومصاعد وعلى العديد من قاعات التدريس ومن المختبرات اضافة الى قاعات متعددة الأغراض ويحتوي على قسم كامل من مكاتب الادارة والموظفين متمركزة في كتلة واحدة في البناء ومرتبطة مع جميع طوابق البناء.

سيتم التصميم - إن شاء الله - بناءا على متطلبات كود الخرسانة الأمريكي (ACI _318) وستتم الاستعانة ببعض برامج التصميم الإنشائية وبرامج الرسم مثل Autocad2007, Office2007 , Atir وغيرها ومن الجدير بالذكر انه تم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية وسيتم الاطلاع على بعض مشاريع التخرج السابقة، و سيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد و تحليل للعناصر الإنشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الإنشائي للعناصر و إعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناءً على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تكوّن الهياكل الإنشائية للمبنى. It is a part of the project which has been designed by working on the advanced proposal for the project rehabilitation and planning campus Palestine Polytechnic University _ Wade al-harya, it designed in order to keep pace with and appropriate to increase the number of university students greatly according to the standards and principles followed in the design engineering colleges, and according to the reality and circumstances surrounding the project. The building consists of two major blocks, With an area of 1,755 square meters, where is linked in a harmonious and appropriate to its function and form of the building, the first block consists of 6 layers, the second block consists of 5 layers, and each building contains the elements of major movement of stairs, elevators, many classrooms, laboratories, in addition to the multi-purpose halls, it contains also an entire section of the administration offices and staff stationed in a single block in the construction, linked with all layers of the building.

God willing- The design Will be based on code requirements for the American Concrete (ACI _318) and will be drawing on some programs, design and construction drawing programs such as Autocad2007, Office2007, Atir, etc. It is worth mentioning that the use of code Jordanian to determine the loads of live and will be available on some graduation projects the previous , and the project will study the construction of detailed identification and analysis of the structural elements and different loads and then the expected structural design of the elements and the preparation of shop drawings based on design prepared for. all the structural elements that are structural frames of the building.
