This project aims to design and build a device that harvests water from humid surrounding air, to be as a new source of water. This device uses the vapor compression refrigeration cycle to cool the air first and to force water vapor in the air to condense and to be collected later in a tank.
This project operates on the solar energy. This device was designed to produce more than 0.5 liters of water per hour, and it was built and tested in Hebron and it gave the expected results.
