Abstract

The development and progress witnessed by the world in our time as a result of scientific and technological growing developments in various areas and in particular, information technology, and the ensuing network online where is the way most widespread connectivity and that has turned the world into a small village became difficult to get ride of it. As a result, the employment of this technology in the areas of our daily lives, and that is always seeking to facilitate human life, reduce the burden it, and with the presence of these technologies has become to be exploited for their benefits, where was the highlight of its uses is to be used in the follow-up introductions and graduation projects, and what was the follow-up phase projects of sensitivity and accuracy in the deal had to be attention to this information and related data, hence the team began to think in a certain way to complete the follow-up to the graduation projects stage where keep pace with the development and compatible with the modern techniques, and at the same time facilitate the process on personnel in this area and they project coordinator, the administrators projects, and graduate students, so that the objective of the work of this project is to facilitate follow-up introductions and projects Graduation process and is by enabling supervisors and coordinator of the access and use of the system from anywhere without the need to be present in the office, and students helped to choose their supervisors, and contributed to the reduction of pressure for Supervisor visits throughout the project period, and facilitate communication between users of the system with a process to enable them to lift the various files and assessments. The project team has analyzed the current systems and methods used in the follow-up introductions and graduation projects, then found that the lack of weakness and made sure of that acclaim projects coordinator and some supervisors in the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Engineering. We explained our project and the statement of the current risks, solutions and the operations carried out. designed and build the project, using the language of PHP. This system can save time and effort on all users of the system, facilitate the process and protect data from loss and damage

إن التطور والتقدم الذي يشهده العالم في عصرنا هذا نتيجة للتطورات العلمية والتكنولوجية المتزايدة في شتى المجالات وفي مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالتحديد، وما ينبثق عنها كشبكة الانترنت حيث تعتبر وسيلة الربط الأكثر انتشارا والتي حولت العالم إلى قرية صغيرة فأصبح من الصعب الاستغناء عنها. ونتيجة لتوظيف هذه التكنولوجيا في مجالات حياتنا اليومية، والتي تسعى دوما إلى تسهيل حياه الإنسان وتخفيف العبء عليه، و مع وجود هذه التقنيات أصبح لا بد من استغلالها للحصول على فوائدها، حيث كان من أبرز استخداماتها هو استخدامها في مجال متابعة مقدمات ومشاريع التخرج , ولما كان لمرحلة متابعة المشاريع من حساسية ودقة في التعامل كان لا بد من الاهتمام بهذه المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بها، ومن هنا بدأ فريق العمل بالتفكير في طريقة معينة لإتمام مرحلة متابعة مشاريع التخرج حيث تكون مواكبة للتطور ومتلائمة مع التقنيات الحديثة، وفي نفس الوقت تسهل العملية على الأفراد العاملين في هذا المجال وهم منسق المشاريع , مشرفي المشاريع , والطلاب الخريجين , بحيث كان الهدف من عمل هذا المشروع هو تسهيل عملية متابعة مقدمات ومشاريع التخرج ويتمثل ذلك بتمكين المشرفين والمنسق من الوصول واستخدام النظام من أي مكان دون الحاجة للتواجد في المكتب , كما ساعد الطلاب على اختيار مشرفيهم , وساهم في التقليل من ضغط الزيارات للمشرف طوال فترة المشروع , وتسهيل عملية التواصل بين مستخدمي النظام مع تمكينهم من رفع الملفات والتقييمات المختلفة . وقد قام فريق المشروع بتحليل الأنظمة والطرق الحالية المستخدمة في متابعة مقدمات ومشاريع التخرج، ووجد ما فيها من نقص وضعف وتأكدنا من ذلك بإشادة منسق المشاريع وبعض المشرفين في كلية تكنولوجيا المعلومات وهندسة الحاسوب. وقمنا بطرح مشروعنا الحالي وبيان مخاطرة وحلوله والعمليات التي يقوم بها. ومن ثم قام الفريق بتصميم المشروع وبنائه، باستخدام لغة PHP. بحيث عمل هذا النظام على توفير الوقت والجهد على جميع مستخدمي النظام ,وتسهيل عملية السيطرة على سرية وحماية البيانات من الفقدان والتلف.
