Engine diagnostic based on acoustic emission

Abstract

This project aims to diagnose engine, by determining the source of sound come out from engine, based on these sound signals the failure in the engine will be detected. This process will save working time and effort in diagnostic and prevent to losing time on engine overhaul. Through this project, we have created a device that records the sound of the engine using a dedicated microphone and then entering the sound signal into a computer and processed used the LabVIEW program. Based on the defect we have done the signal form changes from (1400-1500) Hz to (300- 500) Hz. يهدف المشروع بشكل اساسي الى تشخيص المحرك، عن طريق تحديد مصدر الصوت الخارج من المحرك، على اساااا ارااارص الصااوت يشف الكشاال عن الخلل كي المحرك، وهيص ال ملي ت مل على تو الوقت والجهد كي الششخيص واصالح المحرك. من خالل هيا المشاروع، قمنا ب مل جهاز يقوم بشساجيل صاوت المحرك باساشخدام ميكروكو مخصاص ومف ادخال ارااارص الصااوت الى الكمويوتر وتف تحليلها وم الجشها من خالل بربامو الببيو، وبناىا الخلل اليي قمنا على ب مله تغير ركل االرارة من 1400-1500) Hz) الى 300-500) Hz).
