في خطوط الإنتاج الألى ، وكانت كتله من منتج واحد يجب الحفاظ عليها داخل
الوزن المحدد مسبقا نطاق ضيق ، مطلوب نظام الوزن الديناميكي لتحقيق هذا الهدف.
يتم دمج checkوازن في خط الإنتاج للحد من زيادة الوزن ونقص الوزن
من المنتج عن طريق الحصول علي اشاره الوزن من خليه التحميل التي تتاثر مصادر مختلفه
من الضوضاء والاهتزاز ويستخرج الوزن الصحيح. ...................................................
والهدف الرئيسي من هذا المشروع هو قراءه وزن المنتج الديناميكي علي
نظام تشيكوازن وجعل المقارنة بينها وبين الوزن الفعلي من خلال الكهروميكانيكية
نظام باستخدام وحده تحكم لقبول أو رفض المنتج قبل تعبئتها من قبل اليد العاملة ، وهذا
سوف تزيد من دقه وزنها مع الحفاظ علي أو زيادة سرعه الإنتاج.

Checkweigher is integrated in the production line to reduce the overweight and underweight of the product by acquiring the weight signal from the load cell which affected by different sources

The main objective of this project is read the weight of dynamic product on the checkweigher system and make comparison between it and actual weight through electromechanical system by using controller to accept or refuse the product before packaged by working hands, This will increase weighing accuracy while maintaining or increasing the production speed.
