توسعة المخطط الهيكلي في قرية البرج غرب مدينة دورا

Abstract

في ظل هذا التطور والنمو المتسارع في المشاريع وزيادة عدد السكان في قرية البرج غرب مدينة دورا والتقدم الحضاري في المجاالت اإلنشائية المختلفة من فتح طرق وبناء مباني جديدة حيث كان عدد سكانها حوالي 2500 نسمة في عام 2009 واصبح 4000 نسمة في عام 2017 , كان ال بد من حصر هذا التطور في ما يسمى بالمخطط الهيكلي لكي يسهل التعامل مع هذه المشاريع وتطويرها وتوقيعها . وقد اخترنا إعادة انشاء مخطط هيكلي لهذه القرية باالضافة الى القرى المجاورة لها والتي تشمل ) بيت مرسم وبيت الروش ( كمجال لهذا البحث . ان عمل مخطط هيكلي جديد يعمل على حل مشاكل متعددة في هذه القرية والتي تتلخص في تطوير المخطط الهيكلي القديم للقرية والتعديل عليه , توضيح المشاريع القائمة والجديدة في القرية , توضيح المراكز المهمة في VI القرية ) المدارس ومراكز الطوارئ والمساجد وغيرها ( , طرق المواصالت المهمة الداخلية والخارجية التي تربط بين القرية وغيرها من القريات المحيطة لها ) تعبيد الشوارع الترابية ومعرفة مداخل القرية الرئيسية ومخارجها للزائرين وغيرهم , معرفة األراضي المسموح البناء فيها ألن هذه القرية يوجد فيها مناطق تسمى مناطق (C) لتالشي أخطار الهدم وغيرها وتم استخدام احواض الطابو الجديدة , والصور الجوية الحديثة الواضحة المبينة للملكيات والحدود لألراضي والشوارع وبيان المشاكل والعمل على حلها , وسوف يتم العمل بأحدث البرامج الهندسية واألدوات المساحية للقيام بأفضل عمل ممكن إليصال الهدف بأسهل طريقة واضحة للمستعملين لهذا المخطط الهيكلي الجديد وسيتم العمل حسب المواصفات والمقاييس المتخذ بها في وزارة الحكم المحلي الفلسطينية , ومراجعة كافة المديريات المعنية. Abstract: In light of this development and the rapid growth in the projects and the increasing of number of people at Village AL-BURJ west of DURA and the progress of civilization in various construction areas of open roads and the construction of new buildings , the number of people was approximately 2500 person in 2009 and became 4000 person in 2017, it had to be limited to this development in the so-called master planin order to facilitate dealing with these projects and development and anticipate. The researchers chose to re-create an organization chart for this village as well as surrounding villages, which include (BEIT- MERCEM and Bait- AL Rush) as an area for this search. VII The work of a new master plan is working to resolve the multiple problems in this village Which include the following of :The development of the old master plan for the village and modify it , clarify existing and new projects in this village , clarify important positions in the village (schools and emergency centers, mosques, etc.) , Methods of internal and external communications function linking the village and other surrounding her village (dirt street paving and knowledge of the main village entrances and exits for visitors and others) , know where the land allowed the construction because this village where there areas called zones (C) of the erosion and other hazards demolition. And it will use the new basins Tabu ,air and images of modern clear set of properties and the borders of the land and the streets and the statement of the problems and work to resolve them, and will be working with the latest engineering software and tools surveying to do the best job possible for the delivery of the target in the easiest and clear way for users of this new master plan, and review of all departments concerned.
