do not receive regular and continuous water and therefore operate intermittently. However،there is little interest in the design and management of these networks. As is well known،the design of the water networks is based on the assumption that the water is continuously in the network and is not on the ground in all the water networks of the Palestinian towns and villages. Therefore،t he operation of the water network was originally designed to run the water continuously،Has created many problems in supplying water to areas and in inequitable distribution.
In this study،GEOGRAFIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) will be used to connect the water supply network in the village ofTremsayyain Ramallah governorate as a case study for this project. The goal is to facilitate informed and sound decision-making regarding the development،management and operation of water systems.
The aim of the project is to raise the water network in the village of Tersmaya scientifically and technically،and to work a comprehensive database of all types of lines and links،and scientifically scheduled for the ease of detection of any failures and the ease of maintenance work،and identify areas to be s upplied with water periodicall
ان ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﺷﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪول اﻟﻨﺎﻣﯿﺔ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﯿﮭﺎ ﻓﻠﺴﻄﯿﻦ ﻻ ﺗﺼﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﺘﻈﻢ وﻣﺘﻮاﺻﻞ وﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﮭﻲ ﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﺘﻘﻄﻊ، وﻣﻊ ذاﻟﻚ ﻓﻼ ﯾﻮﺟﺪ اھﺘﻤﺎم ﻣﻠﺤﻮظ ﻓﻲ ﻃﺮﯾﻘﺔ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ وإدارة ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت. وﻛﻤﺎ ھﻮﻣﻌﻠﻮم ﻓﺎن ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﺷﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﯾﺘﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺮض أن اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﺗﺠﺮي ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺒﻜﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﺘﻮاﺻﻞ وھﻮﻋﻠﻰ أرض اﻟﻮاﻗﻊ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ ﺷﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﻟﻠﻤﺪن واﻟﻘﺮى اﻟﻔﻠﺴﻄﯿﻨﯿﺔ، وﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﺎن ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺔ ﺗﺸﻐﯿﻞ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ ﻣﯿﺎه ﺻﻤﻤﺖ أﺻﻼ ﻟﺘﺠﺮي ﻓﯿﮭﺎ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﺘﻮاﺻﻞ وﻻ ﺗﺼﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه إﻻ ﻓﻲ ﻓﺘﺮات ﻣﺤﺪودة ﻗﺪ وﻟﺪﻣﺸﺎﻛﻞ ﻋﺪﯾﺪة ﻓﻲ ﺗﺰوﯾﺪ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﯿﺎه وﻓﻲ ﻋﺪم اﻟﻌﺪاﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻮزﯾﻊ. ﻟﻘﺪ ﺗﻢ اﻗﺘﺮح ﺑﺮﻣﺠﯿﺎت ﻧﻈﻢ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﺠﻐﺮاﻓﯿﺔ ﻛﻮﺳﯿﻠﺔ ﻟﺒﻨﺎء ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت ﻋﻦ اﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ واﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت
(GIOMATRIC ANYLASES)
ﻓﻲ ھﺬه اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﺠﻐﺮاﻓﯿﺔ ﻟﺮﺑﻂ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ إﻣﺪادات اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﻓﻲ ﻗﺮﯾﺔ ﺗﺮﻣﺴﻌﯿﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ رام اﷲ ﻛﺤﺎﻟﺔ دراﺳﯿﺔ ﻟﮭﺬا اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع. ﻓﺎﻟﮭﺪف ھﻮﻟﺘﺴﮭﯿﻞ اﺧﺬ اﻟﻘﺮارات اﻟﻤﻨﻈﻤﺔ واﻟﺼﺎﺋﺒﺔ ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺘﻄﻮﯾﺮ وإدارة وﺗﺸﻐﯿﻞ ﺷﺒﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﯿﺎه.
وإﻟﻰ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻗﺎﻋﺪة ، ﯾﮭﺪف اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع إﻟﻰ رﻓﻊ وﺗﻮﺛﯿﻖ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﻓﻲ ﻗﺮﯾﺔ ﺗﺮﻣﺴﻌﯿﺎ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ وﺗﻘﻨﻲ وﺟﺪوﻟﺘﮭﺎ ﺑﻄﺮﯾﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻤﯿﺔ ﻟﺴﮭﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻜﺸﻒ ﻋﻦ أي أﻋﻄﺎل ، ﺑﯿﺎﻧﺎت ﺷﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ أﻧﻮاع اﻟﺨﻄﻮط واﻟﻮﺻﻼت . وﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻃﻖ اﻟﻤﺮاد ﺗﺰوﯾﺪھﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﺑﺸﻜﻞ دوري ،وﻟﺴﮭﻮﻟﺔ أﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﺼﯿﺎﻧﺔ
ﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺴﺢ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﻲ ﻟﻠﺸﻮارع واﻟﺒﯿﻮت ،ﺗﻘﻮم ﻣﻨﮭﺠﯿﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﺎس اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻠﺪﯾﺔ ﺗﺮﻣﺴﻌﯿﺎ وﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﺟﮭﺎز ،GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) وﺧﻄﻮط اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﺑﻨﻈﺎم GEOGRAF وﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ھﺬه اﻟﺒﯿﺎﻧﺎت ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻈﺎم ،Total Station IC INFORMATION ﺣﯿﺚ ﺳﯿﺘﻢ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ھﺬه اﻟﺒﯿﺎﻧﺎت ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﺎس ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻘﺮﯾﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ دوري ،SYSTEM (GIS) وﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﯾﺴﮭﻞ ،( ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﺔCoding Systemوﻋﻤﻞ ﻧﻈﺎم ﺗﺮﻗﯿﻢ )،دون اﻧﻘﻄﺎع ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﻨﯿﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ اﻻوﻗﺎت اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻟﺘﻮزﯾﻊ اﻟﻤﯿﺎه ﺑﻄﺮﯾﻘﺔرﺷﯿﺪة. |
