تسلسل تسجيل الاراضي في مدينة دورا رؤية تحليلية

Abstract

This project aims at detailing land distribution in Dura, by using all available programs needed to achieve our objective, so that practical organizational and administrative benefit can be achieved in carrying out land settlement works as well as for the benefit of accomplishing a master plan for Dura in the future. The project was accomplished across different stages that tracked a historical chronology of land distribution in Dura, as well as the different legislations and regulations that governed land distribution, starting with the Ottoman era through the land settlement stage of 2013 The project phases also included the land settlement project mechanism adopted by the Palestinian National Authority, the feasibility of the project and its impact on the city of Dura. Through this project, we studied the different laws and regulations adopted in land settlement and registration across different periods of time, in addition to studying land settlement measures in its different stages. Our project also studied the different changed and developments in land plans and blocks by the passage of time, in order to outline the needed period of time for updating land settlement and to produce statistics and plans that map the different problems throughout the land settlement stages ٌهدف المشروع الى تفصٌل تطور تقسٌم الأراضً فً مدٌنة دورا باستخدام كافة البرامج المتاحة لإتمام ما نتوق للوصول الٌه , بحٌث ٌتم الاستفادة العملٌة من المشروع من الناحٌة التنظٌمٌة والإدارٌة لأعمال التسوٌة ومناطق توسع المخطط الهٌكلً لمدٌنة دورا مستقبلا. تم إنجاز هذا المشروع على عدة مراحل , وتتضم لا تتجزأ عن ً نة دورا الت ٌ مد ً ف ً م الأراض ٌ لتقس ٌاٌخٌ ن تتبعا تار 610 ة عام ٌ ن الى مرحلة التسو ٌٌ مات من حقبة العثمان ٌ عات حكمت التقس ٌ ن وأنظمة وتشر ٌ ن من قوان ُ ن , وما س ٌ فلسط 3 , وآلٌة تنفٌذ مشروع التسوٌة عن طرٌق السلطة الوطنٌة الفلسطٌنٌة وجدوى تنفٌذ المشروع ومدى تأثٌره على مدٌنة دورا ومن خلال هذا المشروع قمنا بدراسة الانظمة والقوانٌن المتبعة تسجٌل وتسوٌة الاراضً فً مراحل زمنٌة مختلفة واٌضا دراسة اجراءات التسوٌة فً مراحلها المختلفة . تم دراسة التطورات والتغٌرات فً مخططات الأحواض فً دورا مع مرور الوقت وذلك بهدف الوصول الى الفترات الزمنٌة اللازمة لتحدٌث مخططات أحواض التسوٌة وعمل احصائٌات ومخططات توضح المشاكل فً مراحل التسوٌة .
