Abstract

The project aims to design the road between the main street (60) sparkling (with the City role to form through an artery and a pivotal link between the southern areas of the province of Hebron with the City of role where lies the importance of this street is to provide time to move between these areas and developed. Business will include work space needed for the design of the course the way of raising the surveyors of the track and the work of the polygon and linking Qatar and the Palestinian corrected coordinates, as well as the design of roads and storm water drainage and safety of the road users' requirements ﯾﮭﺪف اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع إﻟﻰ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﻄﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﻮاﺻﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﺸﺎرع اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﻲ ﻣﺪﯾﻨﺔ دوراﻟﯿﺸﻜﻞﻃﺮﯾﻖﺷﺮﯾﺎﻧﻲوﻣﺤﻮريراﺑﻂﺑﯿﻦﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖاﻟﺠﻨﻮبﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔاﻟﺨﻠﯿﻞﻣﻊﻣﺪﯾﻨﺔ دورا ﺣﯿﺚﺗﻜﻤﻦأھﻤﯿﺔھﺬااﻟﺸﺎرعﻓﻲﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮاﻟﻮﻗﺖﻟﻠﺘﻨﻘﻞﺑﯿﻦھﺬهاﻟﻤﻨﺎﻃﻖوﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮھﺎ. وﯾﺸﻜﻞ ﻃﺮﯾﻘﺎ ﺑﺪﯾﻼ ﯾﺮﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﻨﺔ دورا وﺑﺎﻗﻲ اﻟﻤﺪن اﻟﻔﻠﺴﻄﯿﻨﯿﺔ ، وﯾﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻤﮫ ﺣﺎﺟﺔ ﻣﻠﺤﺔ ﻷﻧﮫ ﯾﺨﺪم ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺔ ﻛﺒﯿﺮة ﻣﻦ ﻗﻄﻊ اﻷراﺿﻲ اﻟﻤﮭﺪدة ﺑﺎﻻﺳﺘﯿﻼء ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺟﯿﺶ اﻻﺣﺘﻼل اﻹﺳﺮاﺋﯿﻠﻲ و ﺳﯿﺮﺑﻂ ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺎرع اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﻲ ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺨﻔﯿﻒ اﻷزﻣﺔ اﻟﻤﺮورﯾﺔ اﻟﺨﺎﻧﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺪاﺧﻞ اﻟﻤﺪﯾﻨﺔ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدة ﺣﺎﻟﯿﺎ وﯾﻮﺟﺪ ﻓﻲ ھﺬه اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻋﺪة ﻣﻨﺸﺌﺎت ﺻﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ وﺗﺠﺎرﯾﺔ وأﯾﻀﺎ ﯾﻌﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﺸﺎرع اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺲ ﻟﻌﺪة ﻣﻨﺸﺌﺎت ﻣﺴﺘﻘﺒﻠﯿﺔ وﻣﻦ أھﻢ اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺂت ﻗﯿﺪ اﻹﻧﺸﺎء ﻧﺎدي اﻟﻤﮭﻨﺪﺳﯿﻦ . وﺳﺘﺸﻤﻞاﻷﻋﻤﺎلأﻋﻤﺎلاﻟﻤﺴﺎﺣﺔاﻟﻼزﻣﺔﻟﺘﺼﻤﯿﻢﻣﺴﺎراﻟﻄﺮﯾﻖﻣﻦرﻓﻊﻣﺴﺎﺣﻲﻟﻠﻤﺴﺎر وﻋﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﻀﻠﻊ ورﺑﻄﮫ ﺑﺎﻹﺣﺪاﺛﯿﺎت اﻟﻘﻄﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﻔﻠﺴﻄﯿﻨﯿﺔ وﺗﺼﺤﯿﺤﮫ، وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﻄﺮقوﺗﺼﺮﯾﻒﻣﯿﺎهاﻷﻣﻄﺎرواﻷﻣﺎنﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﻲاﻟﻄﺮﯾﻖ
