التصميم الانشائي ل بلدية بيت كاحل في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تصميم العناصر الهيكلية لجميع المباني. تتكون هذه المباني من أعمال الخرسانة والصلب التي تحتوي على ألواح وعوارض وأعمدة وأساسات وجدران. يتكون المشروع من بناءين خرسانيين. يتكون المبنى الخرساني الأول من أربعة طوابق والثاني يتكون من طابقين. تحتوي المباني على مرافق مصممة لتناسب احتياجات البلدية وفقًا للمتطلبات الحديثة المناسبة. علاوة على ذلك ، يتكون تصميم المشروع من عدة مراحل ، تتمثل في فحص الرسومات المعمارية ، واختيار أنواع مختلفة من العناصر الهيكلية مثل الأعمدة ، والحزم ، والألواح التي لا تتقلص مع التصميم المعماري. بعد ذلك تأتي مرحلة تصميم العناصر الهيكلية باستخدام برامج الكمبيوتر ومن ثم عرض النتائج كرسومات تنفيذية. هناك العديد من الرموز المستخدمة في هذا المشروع. يستخدم كود البناء الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية. يستخدم كود البناء الموحد (UBC-97) لتحديد الأحمال الزلزالية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يتم استخدام كود معهد الخرسانة الأمريكي (ACI 318-14) في أقسام التحليل الهيكلي والتصميم. برامج الكمبيوتر التي تم استخدامها في تصميم المشروع هي AutoCAD 2014 + 2007 ، Atir 12 ، ETABS 2015 ، SAFE 2014 ، office 2010 وغيرها.

The aim of this project is to design the structural elements of all buildings. These buildings consist of concrete and steel works that contains slabs, beams, columns, foundations and walls. The project consists of two concrete building. The first concrete building consists of four stories and the second one consists of two stories. The buildings contain facilities that is designed to suit the needs of the municipality according to the appropriate modern requirements. Moreover, the designing of the project consists of many stages, which is represented by examining the architectural sketches, choosing different kinds of structural elements such as columns, beams and slabs that is not in contraction with the architectural design. After that comes the stage of designing the structural elements by using computer programs and then displaying the results as executive sketches. There are many codes used in this project. Jordanian Building Code is used to determine live loads. Uniform Building Code (UBC-97) is used to determine seismic loads. In Addition, the American Concrete Institute's code (ACI 318-14) is used for structural analysis and designing sections. The computer programs that has been used in designing the project are AutoCAD 2014+2007, Atir 12, ETABS 2015,SAFE 2014, office 2010 and others.
