دار بلدية دورا

Abstract

في الوقت الذي تشهد فيه مدينة دورا نهضة عمرانية متميزة ، و نشاط البلدية المتمثل بالمجلس الحالي الواضح والذي يولي أهمية كبيرة في دعم المشاريع التنموية فانه يستحق ان يولى أهمية أيضاً لبناء مقر جديد لهذه المؤسسة الرائدة ليفي على الأقل بالفعاليات القائمة حالياً والاحتياجات الملحة الأخرى ، ليس فقط للبلدية بل لخدمة سكان منطقة دورا حسب الحدود الحالية للمدينة و تطلعاتها المستقبلية في المناطق التي سوف تضم لهذه المدينة الفتية ، وعليه تم طرح تصميم واقامة مبنى جديد و متميز يليق بها وكان لنا الشرف في أن نقوم نحن بهذا العمل ، فقد كرسنا الكثير من الوقت و الجهد في التحليل و التمحيص وجمع المعلومات و اجراء المقابلات للقيام بعدها بتصميم مبنى دار البلدية ليكون على رأس المشاريع الرائدة في مدينة دورا ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تمت دراسة حالات مشابهه سواء على المستوى المحلي او العربي ، والتي أخذت بعين الإعتبار عند تحديد هيكلية المشروع و الفراغات المعمارية المقترحة فيه ، تبعها اعتماد قطعة الأرض التي كان قد سبق واقترحها المجلس البلدي و ذلك لما تمتاز به من مؤهلات ، لحين الوصول إلى الفلسفة المعمارية في تصميم الموقع العام والمبنى القائم عليه .

At the time Dura city goes through urban and architectural development with it's municipality activities represented by the current committee which places a great emphasis on supporting the development projects, it also deserves to own a new building for this organization to meet the least recent activities and other urgent needs not only to the municipality but also to serve the residents of Dura within it's current and prospective provinces. So designing a new municipal building was proposed and it was honorable to perform this task by offering a lot of our time and effort in analyzing , data collecting and making interviews to do this project to be on the top of pioneer projects in the city. Many local and national cases have been studied to achieve this project which have been taken into consideration in identifying structure of the project and architectural spaces proposed within. Then site of the project was dependable and proposed by the municipal council till designing the site plan and put the philosophy of the project are accessed.
