Abstract

إن للآثار أهمية كبيرة، فهي جزء من هوية الشعوب وثقافتهم، وهي أحد عناصر الجذب السياحي، لذلك فإن الحفاظ عليها هو حفاظ على الهوية والثقافة . يعتبر مركز الآثار من المؤسسات التي تعمل على الحفاظ على الآثار والهوية، فهو يقوم على دعم وتعزيز المؤسسات والجهات المسؤولة عن الآثار وحمايتها، ويساهم في تنمية الجانب السياحي في المدينة. تمت هذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن الجانب النظري لمشروع مركز الآثار، ولتشكل مرجعاً نظرياً لدعم الجانب التصميمي للمشروع عن طريق جمع المعلومات اللازمة بكافة الوسائل المتاحة، ودراسة المعايير التصميمية لفهم الأبعاد العامة لمثل هذه المشاريع، إضافة إلى دراسة المعايير التخطيطية لما يجب مراعاته عند اختيار الموقع المقترح للمشروع. وقد قامت منهجية البحث على منهج تحليلي وصفي، حيث تم جمع المعلومات ودراستها وتحليلها من خلال الحصول عليها من الكتب والمجلات العلمية أو عن طريق شبكة المعلومات الالكترونية. بالإضافة إلى دراسة وتحليل مشاريع مشابهة للمشروع. إن وجود مركز آثار في مدينة بيت لحم وبالتحديد في بتير يسهم في الحفاظ على الآثار والهوية وتعزيز السياحة، وبالتالي الدعم الاقتصادي للمنطقة إلى جانب الهدف الأساسي منه وهو حماية الأراضي والآثار من الاعتداءات والمصادرة من قبل عصابة الاحتلال.

Abstract Historical monuments have a great importance because It is a part of the identity and people's culture, and it is a basic element to attract tourists, so preserving them is the preservation of identity and culture. The Archaeological Center is one of the institutions that work to preserve the artifacts and identity. It is based on supporting and strengthening the institutions and authorities that are responsible for the artifacts, protecting them and contribute in the increasing of tourism levels in the country. This study was carried out with the aim of presenting the theoretical background of the archeology projects. It is like theoretical reference to support the design part of the project by collecting the necessary information through available means, because studying the design criteria will help to understand the general dimensions of such projects, in addition to study planning criteria to know what should be taken into consideration while choosing the site that is proposed for the project. The methodology of the research is based on an analytical and descriptive approach, and data collection, study and analysis of information through access to books scientific journals or through the web. In addition to the studying and analyzing another case study similar to this project. Such a center in the city of Bethlehem, specifically in Battir, contributes in the preservation of historical monuments and identity and enhances tourism and thus the economic support of the region, in addition to the main objective that concentrate on the protection of the land and the artifacts from confiscation and attacks of occupation.
