دراسة الواقع العمراني في قرية بيت عوا و اعادة تاهيله

Abstract

ويعتبر تحليل وتقييم الجوانب البصرية والجمالية أهم أهداف التخطيط والتصميم العمراني التي يتم معالجتها في اطار الخطط الهيكلية والحضرية لل المنطقه. علاج الجوانب البصرية والجمالية والحضرية محاولات لتحقيق نظيفه بيئة خاليه من التلوث من خلال أعاده تطوير الشوارع ، وفحص حركه المرور ، ومن خلال توفير المساحات والمناطق الخضراء والخدمات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الوضع الحالي لمركز التسوق في قرية بيت عووا في المستويات الحضرية والديموغرافية والاقتصادية والاداريه والخدمية ، ودراسة امكانيه التوسع في المستقبل للمركز التجاري علي وجه الخصوص والقرية بشكل عام. يتم اختيار قرية بيت عووا كدراسة حاله اثناء النظر إلى العقبات والصعوبات التي تؤثر علي المظهر المرئي والحضري للمنطقة ، ومن خلال تحليل هذه الصعوبات ومن ثم تطوير الحلول العلمية والموحدة. ولهذا الغرض ، وضعت منهجيه بحثيه لدراسة الحالة الراهنة ، تحديد أسباب تدهور الوضع القائم ، ثم اقتراح مختلف حلول وطرق للتخطيط والتصميم العمراني. وعلاوة علي ذلك ، فان مجموعه من الأسواق الشعبية سوف يتم تحليلها كحالات مفيده علي الرغم من انها تختلف عن السوق في منطقه الدراسة. البيانات جمعت من خلال العمل الميداني ، وقراءه الكتب والمواقع وزيارة بلديه القرية. وعلاوة علي ذلك ، يتم اختيار منطقه الدراسة لأنها هي وجهه العديد من الزوار من جميع انحاء محافظه الخليل ، وأيضا من بقية الضفة الغربية علي الرغم من تعقيدات المناطق الحضرية الحالة واثره علي حياه سكانها. ويختتم البحث ببعض المبادئ التوجيهية المقترحة لحل المشاكل الرئيسية في المنطقة. كما يتضمن الاستنتاج والتوصيات. الكلمات الدليليه: الواقع الحضري ، التخطيط العمراني ، التصميم العمراني ، السوق التقليدية.

The analysis and evaluation of visual and aesthetic aspects are considered the most important aims of planning and urban design that are tackled within the structural and urban plans of the region. The treatment of visual, aesthetic and urban aspects attempts to achieve a clean environment free from pollution through redeveloping streets, examining traffic, and through providing spaces, green areas and services. This study aims to analyze the current situation of the shopping center of Beit Awwa village at the urban, demographic, economic, administrative and service levels, and to examine the possibility of future expansion of the commercial center in particular and the village in general. Beit Awwa village is chosen as a case study during looking at the obstacles and difficulties affecting the visual and urban appearance of the area, and through analyzing these difficulties and then develop scientific and standardized solutions. For this purpose, a research methodology has been developed to study the current situation, and identify the reasons for the deterioration of the existing situation, then to suggest different solutions and methods for planning and urban design. Moreover, a group of popular markets will be analyzed as useful cases although they differ from the market in the study area. The data is collected through field work, reading books, websites and visiting the municipality of the village. Further, the study area is selected because it is the destination of many visitors from all parts of Hebron governorate, and also from the rest of West Bank despite the complexities of the urban situation and its impact on the lives of its residents. The research concludes with some suggested guidelines to solve the region's major problems. Also, it includes the conclusion and recommendations.
