مجمع الجمعيات الخيرية و الاهلية في محافظة الخليل

Abstract

وتعتبر الجمعيات من أهم المؤسسات في البلد التي تسعي لتقديم مجموعه متنوعة من البرامج والمشاريع في جميع مجالات التنمية وغيرها. بيد ان هذه الجمعيات تواجه الكثير من التحديات التي تهدد بدورها استمراريتها ، كما ان لها اثرا سلبيا علي كفاءه وقدره عمل هذه الجمعيات. وهذه التحديات سياسيه واقتصاديه واجتماعيه وفكريه وقانونيه. وعلاوة علي ذلك ، فان التحديات في مكان العمل وخارجه. وتشهد الخليل تحسنا ملحوظا. وبسبب ما هو مجلس بلديه الخليل البحث عن تعزيز التنمية والنهوض بالمجتمع والاهتمام به المواطنين. ومع الاعتقاد بان العمل السليم هو الحكم الرشيد في المجتمعات ، لذلك تم تقديمه لتصميم وإنشاء مبني متميز يجمع بين أهم وأكبر الجمعيات الخيرية والمنظمات غير الحكومية مع العين لإنشاء متميزة الخدمات المستقبلية. وقد اسند تصميم هذا المشروع إلى أداره الشؤون المدنية الهندسة المعمارية في جامعه بوليتكنك فلسطين ، علي أساس ان الباحث كان بتكليف لاعداد هذا البحث. وكان للباحث شرف القيام بهذا العمل ، لذلك كرست الوقت والجهد في جمع البيانات واجراء المقابلات والعمل التحليل ، للقيام بعد عمليه التصميم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قدمت دراسات إفراديه عن مبان مماثله علي الصعيدين المحلي والدولي. وهو يهدف إلى تعميق فهم الفراغات والعلاقات بينهما ، والتي تؤخذ في الاعتبار عند المشروع المساحات الهيكلية والوظيفية المقترحة هناك في المحدد. كما تبع اعتماد قطعه الأرض المقترحة من قبل البلدية حتى التوصل إلى المفهوم العام للتصميم الموقع وبناء عليه. وخلص البحث إلى ان دراسة نقص المباني الاداريه الاجتماعية في الخليل ، علي الرغم من الحاجة الملحة لهذه المباني إلى حقيقة ان الخليل هي أكبر مقاطعات البلاد في من حيث المساحة والسكان.

The associations are considered of the most important institutions in the country which are seeking to provide a variety of programs and projects in all areas of development among others. However these associations are facing a lot of challenges which in turn threaten their continuity, they also have a negative impact on the efficiency and capacity of working of these associations. These challenges are political, economical, social, intellectual and legal . Moreover, the challenges in the workplace and beyond. Hebron is witnessing a distinct upswing. Because of what Hebron Municipality Council is looking for the promotion of development and the advancement of society and concern to its citizens. And with the belief that the proper action is being by the good governance in societies, so it was introduced to design and establishing a distinct building combines the most important and largest Charities and Non-Governmental Organizations with an eye to establishing a distinct future services. The design of this project was assigned to the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering at Palestine Polytechnic University, based on that the researcher was commissioned to prepare this search. The Researcher had the honor to do this work, so she devoted time and effort in collecting data and conducting interviews and analysis work, to do after the design process. To achieve this goal case studies of similar buildings were presented at the local and international levels. It aims to deepen the understanding of the blanks and the relationships between them, which are taken into account when the project structural and functional spaces proposed there in specified. Also followed the adoption of the proposed piece of land by the municipality until reaching the general concept of the design of the site and the building based on it. The research concluded that study the lack of social administrative buildings in Hebron, despite the urgent need for such buildings to the fact that Hebron is the largest provinces of the country in terms of area and population.
