Abstract

تعتبر مدينة الخليل آحدى أهم المراكز الفلسطينية على كافة النشاطات والأصعدة ، أيضا شأنها شأن المدن الفلسطينية كافة ، تعرضت المدينة على مر عقود مضت للكثير من الضغوط والانتهاكات ، والتي شملت كافة شرائح المجتمع الفلسطيني وفئاته العمرية ، وضربت بالأخص نسيجها الشبابي في عمقه بما نتج عنها من مشاكل كالبطالة والتفكك الاجتماعي والتخلف الثقافي ، وغياب الأهداف والطموحات ، ومن هنا تبرز ضرورة وجود وقفة جادة في هذا الميدان ، وأن يأخذ المعماري مكانه الريادي في المساهمة بدوره لحل المشكلات والتصدي لها ، تمت دراسة مشكلة موجودة في المجتمع الفلسطيني وهي "ظاهرة إنتشار المقاهي الشبابية الإعتيادية بكثرة " ، ولتحديد المحاور الرئيسية التي سيتم العمل عليها ، وكانت البداية بدراسة الجانب الثقافي للمجتمع ككل وما آلت اليه أحوال الشباب في هذا النطاق ، لمعالجة الخلل الحاصل في هذا المجال ، استخدمت فيه أساليب جمع البيانات بالطريقة العلمية و مقابلة بعض الجهات شملت جهات ومؤسسات حكومية وأهلية ومراكز تنمية مجتمعية ، وخلال هذه الدراسة اتضحت المعالم الأساسية التي تبين آفاق المشكلة والمحاور المتصلة بها للتعمق في المشكلة أكثر وأكثر، ولكي لا يتم إغفال وإهمال نطاق هذه المشكلة الأساسي الا وهم الشباب الفلسطيني ،عُمِل إستبيان ووُزِّع على عدد من الشباب في مدينة الخليل بمختلف الفئات والمؤهلات ومن جميع المجالات ، لتُحصر النتائج في النهاية وتُحلّل تحليلا علميا استقصائيا بحثا وراء الأسباب الحقيقية للمشكلة والأساليب التي من شأنها الإرتقاء بهذه الفئة والعمل على حل مشكلاتها . فكانت النتيجة وجود مشكلات ثقافية واجتماعية وغياب التواصل الترفيهي الثقافي بين مؤسسات المجتمع ، وعدم الوعي بإيجاد حلول مناسبة لثقافة الترفيه الشبابي المقترنة بالمقاهي عديمة الفائدة والتي هي بالغالب مضيعة للوقت الى حد ما . من خلال ما سبق اتضحت معالم المشكلة ومحاور العمل لعلاجها وتوفير الحل المناسب لها ، والمتمثل في ايجاد منشأة شبابية قادرة على توفير الاحتياجات الترفيهية للشباب في اطار من الوعي المناسب لمجتمع شاب ، وتدعيم هذه الاحتياجات بربطها بعلاقة وثيقة بنشاطات اجتماعية وثقافية من شأنها تعزيز الدور الريادي والثقافي للشباب الفلسطيني في منشأة وطنية ، وفق معايير تخطيطية وتصميمية ، وبعد دراسة وتحليل عدد من الحالات الدراسية المحلية والعالمية والتي سيتم تفصيلها في فصول لاحقة ، تحت عنوان " ملتقى الشباب الفلسطيني" . During this study، we discovered the basic features that show the horizon of the problem And the related axes to deepen the problem more and more، so as not to overlook and neglect the scope of the problem، but only the Palestinian youth We conducted a questionnaire and distributed to a number of young people in the city of Hebron in different categories and qualifications in all fields، Scientifically research into the real causes of the problem and methods that will raise this category and work to solve their problems. The result is cultural and social problems، the lack of cultural entertainment between the institutions of society، and the lack of awareness of finding suitable solutions to the youth cultural entertainment، which is associated with useless cafes، which is a bit of a waste of time. In order to provide a suitable solution for the young people، the youth will be able to provide the recreational needs of young people within the framework of the appropriate awareness of the youth community. This will be reinforced by a close relationship with social and cultural activities that will strengthen the youth's pioneering and cultural role. accordance with planning and design criteria، and after studying and analyzing a number of local and international cases ، which will be detailed in next chapters، under the title "Palestinian Youth Forum"
