Abstract

لكل أمة ثقافة تميزها عن غيرها من الأمم, فهي التي تحكم تصرفات المجتمع وتميزه وتطوره, كما تعتبر المحرك الأساسيّ لفعل الإنسان، وبالنسبة للمسلم فإن تصرفاته نابعة من الثقافة الإسلامية ومصدرها الدين الإسلامي الذي جاء رسالة هداية لكل زمان ومكان. لقد تعاقبت على فلسطين العديد من الحضارات التي شكلت مختلف الثقافات عبر الزمن، كما ويتميز الشعب الفلسطيني بإبداعه ومثابرته, لذلك كانت الحاجة لوجود مراكز ثقافية تساعد في تنمية الإبداعات وتطويرها. ولأن الإسلام قد تعرض لأحداث شوهت صورته وجعلته مقتصراُ على الأحكام الفقهية, فإن هدف هذا البحث كان من أجل التركيز على النشاطات الإسلامية في هذه المراكز, كما تظهر أهمية وجود اهتمام بالقطاع الإعلامي لتغطية نشاطات وفعاليات المركز, وللدفاع عن الإسلام . قامت منهجية البحث على أساس وصفي وتحليلي حيث تناولت عدد من الجوانب التاريخية والإحصاءات التي ساعدت في بيان أهمية وجود مثل هذه المراكز, كما واستندت على عدد من المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمية الخاصة من أجل الوصول إلى التصميم المناسب والملائم لكافة النشاطات والفعاليات المعروضة. الدافع الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو اقتصار المراكز الثقافية الفلسطينية على الجانب الفني دون الاهتمام بالجانب الإبداعي, وقد تم دراسة بعض الحالات وتحليلها بالاستناد على الأسلوب الوصفي والكمي لأجل الوصول في النهاية إلى تصميم يراعى كل الأسس ويتناسب معها.

Abstract Every nation has its own culture that distinguishes it from other nations. Culture governs the behavior of a society ,its excellence and it's development. Culture is also considered as motivation of human actions. As for Muslims ,their behavior stems out from the Islamic Culture taken from Islamic Religion which came as a guidance message appropriate to all times and places. Palestine has witnessed many civilizations that has formed different cultures over time. The Palestinian people are characterized by creativity and perseverance, so there was a need to establish culture centers to help develop and improve such creativity. Because Islamic has been exposed to some events that distorted its image and made it limited to jurisprudential rules, it was necessary to show the significance of finally an interest in the medias sector to cover the activities and the event of the center as well as to defend Islamic. The study has dealt with a number of historical and statistical aspect that help to reveal the necessity of the existence of such centers. It is also based on a number of special planning and designing criteria, in order to arrive at the suitable design which is appropriate to all the presented activities and event. The main reason for this study is that the Palestinian cultural centers are limited to the artistic side without paying attention to the creative side. There are some causes which have been studied and analyzed depending on the descriptive and quantitive approach to arrive finally at a design that considers and suites all the base.
