مدرسة الشيوخ الصناعية الثانوية

Abstract

عانى قطاع التعليم المهني في فلسطين من نقص الاهتمام والتنمية خلال فترة الاحتلال حتى مجيء السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية،التي بدأت بالتعامل مع القطاع التعليمي ووضع خططها وتطويرها، ولكن ضعف الإمكانياتوعدم وجود ميزانيات وكان سبباً رئيسياً للحيلولة دون وصول التعليم المهني إلى المرحلة المرجوة، و محافظة الخليل عانت أيضاً من نقص المدارس المهنية التي تقدم التعليم المهني كما هو مطلوب. حرصا من وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي على تطوير التعليم المهني والتقني في فلسطين ، فانه قد تم تبني استراتيجية وطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، بحيث يكون هذا النظام كفؤا ، وفعالا ، ومرنا ، ومرتبطا باحتياجات سوق العمل الفلسطينية حيث يجري العمل على أربع محاور رئيسية هي : تطوير الانظمة ، وتطوير المنهاج ، وتطوير الموارد البشرية والمادية. لذلك أعدت هذه الدراسة كمقدمة مشروع تخرج لمشروعمبنى مدرسة الشيوخ الصناعية الثانويةبناءا على طلب بلدة الشيوخ،تكون الدراسة في المدرسة سنتان ،ويكون الدوام 40% نظري و60% عملي ، ويشترط في المتقدمين للدراسة ان يكون الطالب ناجحا في الصف العاشر ولا يزيد عمره في اول سنة دراسية عن 20 عاما وان يجتاز فحص القبول في المدرسة . يتقدم الطالب في نهاية السنة الدراسية الثانية لامتحان شهادة الدراسة الثانوية العامة / الفرع الصناعي ، ويحق للطالب الالتحاق بالجامعات والمعاهد العليا او مزاولة المهنة في سوق العمل. لذلكأعدت هذه الدراسة كمقدمة مشروع تخرج لمشروعمبنى مدرسة الشيوخ الصناعية الثانوية للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية، نظراً لأن مبنى المدرسة الصناعية القائم لا يستوعب إقبال الطلاب المتزايد في التوجه نحو التعليم التقني والمهني في الفترة الاخيرة، نتيجة لحاجة سوق العمل إلى فنيين متخصصين، لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي في مختلف المجالات الصناعية.

ويشمل البحث بالدراسة والتحليل على عدة موضوعات تشمل دراسة كاملة وشاملة للمدارسالصناعية الثانوية, ويحوي الفصل الأول مقدمة للمشروع وأهداف ووصف للمشروع ، الفصل الثاني يتحدث عن لمحة تاريخية عن التعليم الصناعي والتقني في فلسطين , الفصل الثالث يتحدث عن المعايير التصميمية للمدارس الثانوية والمشاغل، ويحتوى الفصل الرابع ثلاث حالات دراسية لمشاريع مدارس ثانوية صناعية موضحا عناصرها بالتفصيل، اما في الفصل الخامس يحتويعلى برنامج المشروع والمساحات التفصيلية لفراغات المشروع وتفصيل العلاقات الوظيفية بين فراغات المشروع اللازم اضافتها للمدرسة، وفي الفصل السادس والاخير يحتوي على تحليل للموقع العام للمدرسة وتحليل مخططات المبنى والشوارع المحيطة بها .

Theprofessional education section suffered in Palestine from the lake of interest and development during the period of occupation till the coming of the Palestinian authority , which started to deal with the educational section and putting plans for development , but the difficulties and and lake of the capacities and the unavailability of the budgets and these were causes not to let the educational section reach the recommended level , also Hebron suffered from the lake of professional schools which provide the recommended level.

In order from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education on the development of vocational education and the technical education in Palestine, they adopted a national strategy for vocational and technical education and training where this system will be effective, and flexible, and linked to the needs of the Palestinian market Where work is under way on four main areas: the development of systems, curriculum development, and the development of human and material resources.

that's why this study was considered as an introduction of graduation project for constructing the industrial secondary school of al-shuyookh , the study will be for two years and the duty will be 40% theory and 60% practical , Candidates are required to study to be a successful student in the tenth grade , and his age in the first year is not more than 20 years and to pass the acceptance exam in the school , the student applies to the public high diploma exam / the scientific branch, The student may enroll in universities and higher institutes or practicing in the labour market.

that's why this study was considered as an introduction of graduation project for constructing the industrial secondary school of al-shuyookh , To get a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, because the industrial school building does not accommodate the growing demand of students in the trend towards technical and vocational education in the last period where the market needs specialized technicians to cope with the technical development in various industrial fields.

research, study and analysis includes many subjects that also include full and conclusive study for secondary industrial schools, Chapter I includes Introduction of the project and objectives and description of the project, the second chapter talks about a historical overview of the industrial and technical education in Palestine, Chapter III talks about the design standards for secondary schools and workshops, and Chapter IV contains three case studies of projects and industrial high schools, explaining in detail the elements, But in the fifth chapter we talked about the program of the project and the detailed spaces of the project and detail the functional relationships between spaces of the project required to be added to the school, in the sixth and final chapter, we have analyzed the general location of the school, and analysis of building schemes and the surrounding streets.
