تطوير مجمع فلسطين الطبي في محافظة رام الله

Abstract

تعتبر الخدمات الصحية احتياجات أساسية في جميع المجتمعات التي يجب أن توفرها "الدولة" لمواطنيها على أساس العدالة والالمركزية في توزيع هذه الخدمات. وبسبب حقيقة أن الرعاية الصحية ضرورة لحياة صحية، وهو حق لكل شخص بغض النظر عن عرقه وعمره ومستوىه االجتماعي؛ وبالتالي يصبح من واجب السلطات المختصة المسؤولة عن القطاع الصحي تطوير الوضع الصحي باستخدام الدراسات التحليلية والتخطيط المستقبلي المطلوب لمواصلة متابعة التغيرات المستمرة في المجتمع سواء من حيث النمو السكاني أو الظهور وأمراض جديدة مثل تلك الناشئة مع بدايات القرن العشرين مما أدى إلى الحاجة إلى تحديث الخدمات الصحية باستمرار. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الوضع الراهن لقطاع الصحة في محافظة رام هللا والمشاكل التي تعاني منها من االفتقار إلى الخدمات والمرافق الصحية الكافيه مما يزيد من الضغط على العاملين في المجال الطبي والموارد الصحية المتاحة مما يدل على تأثيرها على الجودة ومستوى الخدمات المقدمة. كل هذه التحديات باإلضافة إلى عوامل أخرى كانت أهم الدافع وراء فكرة بناء مستشفى جديد، بهدف الحد من الضغط المستمر على مستشفيات المدينة المتاحة. ويشمل المشروع تصميم مبنى مستشفى جديد كامل الوظائف بما في ذلك المباني األساسية والخدمات المطلوبة ومواقف السيارات وفقا لمعايير تخطيط وتصميم المستشفيات. واقترح الموقع المقترح من قبل ادارة المجمع الطبي. تضمنت الدراسة تحليال لعناصر ومهام الموقع المطلوبة لمستشفى عام يهدف إلى خدمة سكان المحافظة والمناطق المحيطة بها. يتضمن البحث دراسة وتحليل الوضع الصحي في رام هللا ومعايير تخطيط وتصميم المستشفيات والمكونات التفصيلية لمختلف اإلدارات فيها. وباإلضافة إلى ذلك، تشمل الدراسة استعراضات لبعض دراسات الحالة للمستشفيات على المستوى المحلي )مستشفى االستشاري العربي \ فلسطين( وعالم آخر )مستشفى هيليرود / نيوزيالندا(. Health services are essential in all societies that the "state" must provide to its citizens on the basis of justice and decentralization in the distribution of such services. Because of the fact that health care is a necessity for a healthy life, it is a right for everyone regardless of race, age and social level. It is therefore the duty of the competent authorities responsible for the health sector to develop the health situation using analytical studies and future planning required to continue to follow the ongoing changes in society both in terms of growth Population or emerging diseases such as those emerging with the early twentieth century, which led to the need to constantly update health services. This study aims to assess the current situation of the health sector in Ramallah governorate and the problems of lack of adequate health services and facilities, which increases the pressure on medical personnel and available health resources, which indicates their impact on the quality and level of services provided. All these and other factors have been the driving force behind the idea of building a new hospital, with the aim of reducing the ongoing pressure on the city's available hospitals. The project includes the design of a new fully functional hospital building including basic buildings, required services and parking lots according to hospital planning and design standards. The proposed site was proposed by the Medical Campus Administration. The study included an analysis of the elements and functions of the site required for a general hospital aimed at serving the residents of the province and the surrounding areas.
