Abstract

التصميم الإنشائي هو أحد أهم التصميمات اللازمة للمبنى بعد التصميم المعماري، فتوزيع الأعمدة والأحمال والحفاظ على المتانة وبأفضل الأسعار وأعلى درجات الأمان يقع على عاتق المصمم الإنشائي. في هذا المشروع سنقوم بعمل تصميم إنشائي لمجمع تجاري ،حيث يتكون من عدة طوابق بحيث تقارب مساحته الإجمالية من 3800 متر مربع. صمم المشروع على أساس توفر الجمال الخارجي وتوفر الخدمة المناسبة للمجتمع، وتم اختيار هذا المشروع لحاجة مثل هذا النوع من المباني والتي من الجيد توفرها في مجتمعاتنا. من الجدير بالذكر انه سيتم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية، ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل،أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فسيتم استخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI318-14), ولا بد من الإشارة إلى انه سيتم الاعتماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل : Autocad ,Atir, Safe ,Etabs , STAAD Pro ,Sap2000 , Robot ,Revit)). وسيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الانشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الانشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الانشائية التي تكوّن الهياكل الانشائية للمبنى، من المتوقع بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية بإذن الله وتوفيقه. In this project, we will make a structural design of a commercial center. This commercial building consists of many floors has a total area of approximately 3800 m2. The project is designed mainly on agglomeration, that gives a beauty from the outside view and very good functional goals, too. In addition, the architectural design of this building has some good positive properties in the inside of the building to provide the best service for consumers and producers as well. Jordanian Code will be used in calculations of Live and Seismic loads, and the American Code (ACI318-14) will be used for structural analysis and design of several sections. It must be noted that we will make use of some computer programs such as: Autocad, Atir, Safe, Etabs, Staadpro, Sap2000, Robot and Revit. The project will include a detailed structural study of the identification, and analysis of the elements of construction, and different loads expected. Then the structural design of the elements and the preparation of shop drawings based on the prepared design for all the structural elements; that are structural frames of the building. It is expected to be able to provide structural design of all structural elements with permission design after the completion of the project to be able to provide structural design of all structural elements with permission of Allah Almighty.
