Abstract

The Palestinian people are suffering poor living conditions because of the occupation and the dictates of the obstacles and challenges which make the ways to achieve a decent life rather difficult, as are the circumstances in the lack of the elements of everyday life that guarantee to man the income that enough is enough of his family, and in spite of the lack of adequate income per household, the growing number of family members making the head of the family is unable to provide the daily requirements, as well as higher prices so that became the family's income is not enough to meet the daily needs. Between this and that, it originated child labor in the Palestinian society, as a means to solve the problem of shortage of resources in everyday life, and for bridge resulting from a lack of income and resource gap. That's why me think of designing a cultural center for children, in order to help reduce the employment rate and increase awareness of their risks, and attention to children and to realize their right. I got up at the front of my project to collect information on child labor and research on how to solve this problem, then move on to examine what are the actions that the child can be carried out within the legal working hours, and reviewed some examples of the cultural centers that care for children inside and outside Palestine, and you've studied and analyzed and, finally, move to choose a piece of land suitable for the establishment of a cultural center for children, and then analyzing this piece of all aspects of the project and determine the events, and also the program have been identified for the project and its contents according to the criteria of design.
