Abstract

The project seeks a modality to establish an all inclusive health center under the known and hard circumstances the Palestinian society suffers from in general, and Hebron residents in special. These hard conditions could be represented in many things, such as the lack of health services centers and the Israeli processes that obstruct the medical staff work from one side and the citizen's ability to reach these centers from the other side. All these reasons have prevented the health sector from keeping up with the rapid and ongoing development the world witnesses. The main reasons to establish this type of centers is to keep up with the ongoing health and technological development in this world and to face the rapid increase of the population and their demands as well as possible.Hence, The idea of creating and establishing an all inclusive health center in the proposed area which is south Hebron aims to raise up the health sector, and to reinforce the medical staff, thus reducing the pressure the health centers suffer . To provide more information and a clear idea about the project, the researcher calls to build the center in the middle of a vital nature with a beautiful landscape in order to consolidate the notion and the principle sustainability, and to incorporate it with the nature to make it a part of the provided therapeutic processes. Consequently, it is going to affect the patient and the process of his recover physiologically and physically more rapidly. He also uses a well-versed scientific methodology to study the health facilities in many aspects, research surveys were made on many health facilities, and many interviews were held with specialists of these affairs. Moreover, he traces the historical side of the public health and its centers, and talks about the population's health situation in Palestine generally, and Hebron particularly. In addition, he talks about the followed standards of designing and planning, and introduces a general and inclusive analysis for many similar studies from many aspects supreme the functional relations, designing, and the cite, as so, he can make the best decision to choose the desirable place and work to settle the stage for establishing a successful project.
