dc.description.abstract Car accident is one of the most important problems, because sometimes the stories we took from the drivers couldn't determine the real cause of the accident, sometimes it is because one of the drivers, and in other times it is because of the environment (like weather, invisibility ,etc) or because of car systems malfunctions. A reliable method is needed to calculate and simulate the accident based on the data collected from the accident site, in order to predict the real cause of the accident. Several methods are used in car accident reconstruction (such as energy method, linear momentum), in the present study both the conservation of linear momentum and the con- servation of energy used to reconstruct car to car accident. The principle will be applied on a case study as well. en_US
