Abstract:
The idea of the project came from the existence of a problem with Al-Arabi Al-Aseel
Trading and Computer Company, which is represented in following the traditional
method of dealing with customers, which negatively affects the image of the company
when its customers, and increases their complain to drain a lot of effort and time in
dealing with the company, so the project team suggested work The Customer
Relationship Management System for Al-Arabi Al-Aseel Company, which facilitates the
communication process between the company and its clients and tracks what is new to
them without the need to personally access the company’s website .
