المشكلات التي تواجه الاداريون الاكاديميون في جامعة بولتكنك فلسطين

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم المشكلات التي تواجه الاداريون الاكاديميون في جامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين. وقد استخدم فرق البحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من اعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين البالغ عددهم (35) وقد استجاب منهم (26)عضوا، وهذا يمثل (70%) من مجتمع الدراسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد فريق البحث استبانة ذات تدرج ، حيث يتم الاعتماد في بناء اداة الدراسة على الادب النظري، وعلى عدد من الدراسات السابقة. وبعد تطبيق الدراسة على الاداريون الاكاديميون، واجراء التحليلات الاحصائية، واظهرت النتائج ان اكثر المشكلات التي تواجه الاداريون الاكاديميون في جامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين هي المشكلات (المتعلقة بالعاملين) بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي(2.96)، تلاها المشكلات المتعلقة(بالبحث العلمي) بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.79)، تلاها المشكلات (الفنية والبيئية) بدرجة منخفضة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.51)، تلاها المشكلات (التنظيمية) بدرجة منخفضة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.34). في ضوء ماتوصلت اليه الدراسة من نتائج قدم فريق البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي قد تساهم في مواجهة هذه المشكلات، ومن هذه التوصيات قيام الاداريون الاكاديميون بوضع اولويات للتقليل من تراكم المعلومات،وقيام الاداريون الاكاديميون باعطاء العاملين وقت محدد لانجاز المهام حتى لا يقومون بالمماطلة او التأخير، وقيام الاداريون الاكاديميون باعطاء العاملين وقت محدد لانجاز المهام حتى لا يقومون بالمماطلة او التأخير، كما ينبغي على إدارة الجامعة التقليل من السياسات التي تعرقل عملية الاتصال و التي تقييد الاتصال بين الافراد و الجماعات ، والعمل على تشكيل فرق عمل تربط بين كافة الأداريون الأكاديميون في الجامعة لأغراض التنسيق و حل المشكلات المشتركة.

This study aimed to identify the most important problems faced by the academic administrators at the Polytechnic University of Palestine. The research teams used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of 35 members of the faculty of the Polytechnic University of Palestine, 26 of them responded to this study, representing 70% of the study population. To achieve the objectives of the study, the research team prepared a questionnaire with a gradient, in based on theoretical literature and from a number of previous studies. After the application of the study on academic administrators and conducting statistical analyzes, the results showed that the most problems faced by the academic administrators are the problems (related to the workers) with a medium level and the mean mean (2.96), followed by problems related to (scientific research) (2.79), followed by technical and environmental problems with a low score and an average of 2.51, followed by (organizational) problems with a low score and an arithmetic mean (2.34). In light of the findings of the study, the research team presented a set of recommendations and suggestions that may contribute overcoming these problems, Among these recommendations is to set priorities for academic administrators to reduce information overload by accomplishing the most important work before least important. And the academic administrators must determine time to complete tasks so they do not procrastinate or delay, and the administration of the university must reduce the policies that hinder the process of communication, and restrict communication between individuals and groups, and work teams that links teams linking all academic administrators at the University for the purposes of Coordination and solving common problems
