dc.description.abstract |
The real situation in Royal Trade and industrial company from the staff point of view. This study aimed to recognize the reality of leading business in Royal trade and industrial company from the staff point of view. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach. The study focused on the opinions of all the company staff in Hebron in 2018 (650 employee). The data collected from 49 employee were analyzed using SPSS program. Top study results are: 1. The staff agree that the level of the leading business in the company is high with an average arithmetic of 3.98 and a standard deviation of 0.56. 2. There is no sign of functional creativity, leading officer, pioneering culture, pioneering personal skills and pioneering leadership) in the administrative and supervisory careers from the staff point of view 3. The results found that there are no differences that have statistical indication on the indication of a on the indication of a<0.05 depending on the following variables (sex, educational qualification, job title and years of work experience
The recommendations of the study are: 1. Urge the administration to adapt the ideas of the employees. 2. Work on forming teams that help improving the company products. 3. Encourage and motivate the skilled employees. 4. Enhance the leadership skills among the staff |
