نظام البصمة الاكتروني في كلية العلوم الإدارية ونظم المعلومات /جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين

Abstract

انطلاقا من اهمية الدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تفعيل الممارسة المهنية وبخاصة سرية المعلومات ودقتها المتعلقة بالموظف وارتباطها بطبيعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فقد قرر فريق البحث بفكرة عمل برنامج يقوم بمساعدة الموظفين للوصول الى معلوماتهم الشخصية بكل سهولة ويسر وتقوم فكرة البرنامج على احدى تقنيات السمات الحيوية وهي بصمات الاصابع بحيث يقوم النظام بعرض معلومات الموظف الشخصية بعد وضع بصمته ويستطيع الموظف من خلال النظام الوصول الى معلوماته خلال اوقات دوامه عن طريق البصمة وتسجيل الحضور والمغادرة وعرض معلوماته ويستطيع تسجيل دخوله الى النظام لعرض معلوماته خارج اوقات الدوام من خلال شبكة الانترنت عن طريق اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور ولكن لا يستطيع تسجيل الحضور والمغادرة الا عن طريق البصمة وبذلك يضمن نظام البصمة السرية التامة وذلك لأنه يستطيع الوصول لحسابه عن طريق بصمة اصبعه بدلا من الانظمة التقليدية التي يكون الموظف من خلالها بحاجة لإدخال كلمة سر الحساب والتي يسهل نقلها او سرقتها من قبل اشخاص اخرين او حتى نسيانها مما يضمن الموظف السرية ويجعله اكثر راحة ويزيد من معدل الرضى الوظيفي لديه. From the importance of information technology role which played in the activation of professional practice; especially the confidentiality of information and accuracy which relating to the employee and its relation to the nature of the information and communication technology, the research teams have decided to make a program to help the staff to gain access to their personal information easily. The idea of the program stands on one of the vital techniques feature which is a fingerprint, so that the system displays the employees personal information after placing their fingerprint. Through this system the employee can reach his information during working hours, record attendance and departures, and display his information through internet via a user name and password, but he cannot attendance and departures only by fingerprint, and thus the fingerprint system ensures for the employee the complete confidentiality because he can access to their account, which is easy to traditional system that an employee need to enter a password for the account, which is easy to transport or stolen by other people or even forgotten. This system ensures the employees secret, makes it more comfottable, and increases the rate of job satisfaction for him.
