نظام اتمتة عملية الطلب وإدارة المطاعم

Abstract

في هذا النظام سنقوم بتحويل عملية طلب الطعام في المطاعم من العملية التقليدية الى عملية مؤتمتة وذلك لتسهيل عملية الطلب، وايضا اضافة بعض الميزات، وذلك باستخدام نظام مبرمج بلغة php يتم الوصول اليه من خلال شبكة داخلية خاصة بالمطعم تربط الأجهزة اللوحية الموجودة على طاولات المطعم مع المطبخ والمحاسب. حيث سيتمكن الزبون من طلب الوجبات وتخصيص مكوناتها حسب رغبته، واختيار المقبلات والمشروبات المرافقة لها. يحوّل الطلب بعد ذلك إلى المطبخ لتجهيزه حسب ما تم اختياره من قبل الزبون، كما سيعمل على خدمة مدير المطعم حيث سيقدم له تقارير عن المبيعات. This system will automate the ordering procedure in the restaurant to simplify it, also to add some other features. This will be done by using local host intranet that connects tablets on tablets to send orders for kitchen and accountant. Which will give the customer the abliliy to order the meals and to customize it as he went and to pick the appetizer drinks, and all the other things related to the meal. After the order procedure, the order will be transferred to the kitchen to prepare it, as the system will also provide reports of sales to the manger.
