تقييم نظام التسجيل الإلكتروني في جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين من وجهة نظر الطلبة

Abstract

تعتبر جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين من المؤسسات الاكاديمية التي تعتمد في عملها على مجموعة من انظمة المعلومات ومن هذه الانظمة نظام التسجيل الالكتروني بعد ست سنوات من استخدام نظان التسجيل الالكتروني برزت الحاجة الى القيام بتقييم هذا النظام من وجهة نظر المستخدمين لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدام فريق البحث نموذج لقياس انظمة المعلومات ومدى فعاليتها وذلك بقياس نظام المعلومات من حيث جودة النظام وجودة المعلومات وجودة الخدمات والاستخدام ورضا المستخدم والفوائد النهائية المتحققة من هذا النظام تم جمع البيانات من خلال توزيع استبانة على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة في طلبة جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين من خلال المنهج الوصي الكمي من خلا لهذه الدراسة توصل فريق البحث الى ان مستخدمي نظام التسجيل الالكتروني في الجامعة قد منحوا النظام تقييم متوسط ومن هنا اوصى فريق البحث من خلال هذه الدراسة ان يهتم القائمين على نظام التسجيل الالكتروني بتحسين الاجزاء التي شملتها اراء المستخدمين بما يكفل للنظام الاستمرارية ومواكبة التطورات Palestine Polytechnic University is considered as one of academic organization that depends on multiple information system, to accomplish their work. One of those system is E-registration system, after six years of using the system; the need to evaluate the system from the end user point of view become necessary. To accomplish this goal the work group has used Delone & Mclean model to measure the information system success and efficiency, by measuring information system in terms of system quality information quality, service quality, using intensity, user satisafaction net benefits the data was collected using questioner which was distributed over sample of population that represent the student of Palestine Polytechnic University, the data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The study results show that end gave the system moderate level in every perspective of this study Because of that the work group recommended that the E-registration system, supervisor should perform continuous improvements for the system to enhance the parts pointed to by the users, to maintain system operation and adapting improvement.
