دور المشاريع الصغيرة في تمكين المرأة ومعيقات التمكين في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تمكين المرأة الفلسطينية من خلال المشاريع الصغيرة من وجهة نظر النساء اللواتي يمتلكن مشاريع صغيرة خاصة بهن في مدينة الخليل, واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على دراسة الظاهرة في الوقت الحالي وكما هي في الواقع ,كما استخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة والتي تكونت من (37) فقرة بالاعتماد على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي, كما تكونت عينة الدارسة من 60 من النساء صاحبات المشاريع الصغيرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية , وخلصت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ما بين المشاريع الصغيرة وبين تمكين المرأة ,حيث تعد المشاريع الصغيرة أحد أهم الركائز الأساسية للاقتصاد الفلسطيني لما لها من دور مهم في عملية التنمية والتمكين (للنساء في مدينة الخليل) ومن خلال دراستنا تبين لنا أن تمكين المرأة قضية ذات أهمية بالغة ويجب الاهتمام به وزيادة الوعي لدى النساء فما يخص التمكين بمختلف أشكاله ، لما له من دور كبير في إدماج المرأة في عملية التنمية والانخراط في سوق العمل من خلال توفير فرص عمل والحد من البطالة والتقليل من معدلات الفقر ورفع مستوى المعيشة . Abstract

The aim of this study is to recognize the importance of empowerment of Palestinian women through the small projects from the point of view of women that could have small businesses in Hebron city, the study used descriptive analytical method which depends on studying the phenomenon at current time. The study also used a questionnaire which consisted of (37) paragraphs based on the liquart pentacle scale. The subjects were (60) of women that have small projects and were randomly selected. The study found was a relation between the small projects and women’s empowerment, in which these small businesses are of great importance in developing the Palestinian economy, and developing women in Hebron city as well. Throughout our study, it is shown that women’s empowerment is an issue of great importance and should be taken into consideration, and increase awareness among women for the various forms of empowerment because of its great role in integrating women in the process of development and their engagement in the labor market through the provision of employment opportunities; therefore, reducing the level of unemployment, limiting poverty and raising the standards of living.
