Abstract

Abstract : Automate Bint alreef Association aims to transform the traditional system to a computerized electronic system, so that the largest number of public access to the site and follow up activities.The system aims to configure database connection between administration other persons who benefit from the association, to reduce the time and effort to the users, so users can send membership requests and requests for posts and requests and see news activities, declarations and create a profile for each Member and employee contains information. The system administrator can approve all incoming requests, and advertisements news about Association activities, and management employee files, and print customized reports, and management courses acceptance or refuse then , send notification to the request sender. Also the system contain information and picture for Association and it's branches . الملخص يهدف المشروع الى تحويل النظام التقليدي في الجمعية الى نظام الكتروني محوسب ,بحيث يستطيع اكبر عدد من الجمهور الى الوصول الى الموقع ومتابعة نشاطات الجمعيات من خلاله . ويهدف النظام الى تكوين قاعدة اتصال ما بين الاشخاص القائمين على النظام والاشخاص المستفيدين في الجمعية , وذلك بهدف تقليل الوقت والجهد على مستخدمي النظام , بحيث يستطيع مستخدم النظام من ارسال طلبات عضوية وطلبات وظائف وطلبات تقديم دورة ومعرفة اخبار ونشاطات الجمعية واعلاناتها وانشاء ملف شخصي لكل عضو وموظف يحتوي على المعلومات الخاصة به . كما يستطيع مسؤول النظام الموافقة على جميع الطلبات الواردة , ونشر الاعلانات والاخبار الخاصة بنشاطات الجمعية , وادارة ملفات الموظفيين ,ومطباعة التقارير حسب الطلب , وعمل كل ما يتعلق بالدورات المقترحة من قبل مستخدمي النظام سواء قبولها ونشر اعلان بذلك او رفضها ويصل الشعار بذلك لمرسل الطلب . كما يحتوي النظام على معلومات وصور خاصة بالجمعية ومرافقها.
