نظام تدریب واختبار الأطباء في تشخیص أم ا رض الأذن

Abstract

Abstract Middle ear diseases consider one of the most dangerous diseases that face the human body, and that related to the nature of this disease that have the same view and symptoms and that make the diagnose of these diseases difficult for doctors, and that means high potential to give a wrong diagnose. This project aims to developing a system helps the trainee's doctors in the Palestinian universities to study and train on the middle ear diseases in an easy and efficient way. This project enables the doctor to register in the system and choose a disease, read information about this disease, and test himself. The system can show an image about the disease on a small screen that is embedded inside an ear structure to help the doctor to see the disease in the same size as the original. The project is applied and it is provided with an initial database contains information about the middle ear diseases in order to provide the Palestinian universities with this project, at the end of this project we propose a set of recommendations helps to develop this system in the near future. الملخص تعتبر أمراض الاذن الوسطى من اخطر امراض جسم الانسان نظرا لتشابھ العدید منھا فیما بینھا في الشكل والأعراض. مما یصعب الأمر على الأطباء على التمییز بین مرض وآخر بسھولة وبالتالي وجود احتمالیة كبیرة في اعطاء تشخیص خاطئ. بالتالي كان الھدف من بناء ھذا النظام جعل الأطباء المتدربین في الجامعات الفلسطینیة أكثر كفاءة وقدرة على التمییز بین الأمراض وإمكانیة تشخیصھا بسھولة أكثر وذلك من خلال توفیر امكانیة لإجراء تدریب أو اختبار على مختلف أمراض الأذن الوسطى. یتیح النظام للطبیب امكانیة تسجیل الدخول واختیار المرض المراد وتمكینھ من اجراء تدریب او اختبار على المرض حسب رغبتھ. مع ارفاق صورة للمرض المختار أثناء التدریب أو الاختبار، یتم عرضھا على شاشة صغیرة تكون مضمنة داخل مجسم أذن اصطناعیة لتعوید المتدرب على رؤیة الأمراض بحجم مساو للحجم الذي یراھا فیھ في أذن المریض أثناء قیامھ بالتشخیص الفعلي. تم تطبیق المشروع و تزویده بقاعدة بیانات اولیة تحتوي على مجموعھ من البیانات المتعلقة بمرض الاذن الوسطى من اجل تزوید الجامعات بھا و في النھایة تم تقدیم مجموعة من التوصیات من اجل تطبیقھا لتحسین المشروع في المستقبل القری
