موقع الكتروني لمتابعة مرضى السكري

Abstract

Abstract Diabetes is one of the most common diseases in the world, where the incidence of the disease about 10% in whole world, human discovered this disease a long time ago and failed to treat at the time, studies have shown that one third of those with the disease know that they had diabetes accidentally when visiting doctor or during blood tests or periodical examination, in addition this disease need a special patient trailing to control sugar level in his blood. The goal of this project is to have a website to monitor diabetics, by which person or patient measures blood sugar level through home blood testing device, then enters the readings obtained from the device to this site, and thus gets the results and information that shows what is meant by these readings and the status of sugar level has and other necessary information such as suitable diet to those readings, and keep readings electronically, also patients can communicate with competent doctor electronically through this site, where the doctor can view the readings of the patient and monitors the diabetes status, also people who are not infected with the disease can track their sugar level and thus avoid the disease. The importance of this site lies in saving patient and doctor time and effort, ease of availability and keeping of readings, and also ease communication between the patient and the doctor.

الملخص

يعد مرض السكري من الأمراض الأكثر شيوعا في العالم، حيث تبلغ نسبة الإصابة به حوالي 10% في كافة أنحاء العالم، وقد عرف الإنسان هذا المرض منذ زمن طويل وفشل في علاجه في حينها ، وأثبتت الدراسات أن ثلث المصابين بهذا المرض لا يعرفون أنهم مصابون بالسكري إلا صدفة عند زيارتهم للطبيب أو عند إجرائهم لفحوص الدم أو الفحوص الدورية ، وأن هذا المرض بحاجة إلى متابعة خاصة من المريض لمراقبة مستوى السكر لديه. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى عمل موقع الكتروني لمتابعة مرضى السكري ، وذلك بأن يقوم الشخص أو المريض بقياس نسبة السكر في الدم من خلال جهاز فحص السكري المنزلي، وبعدها يقوم بإدخال القراءة التي حصل عليها من الجهاز إلى هذا الموقع ، وبالتالي يحصل على نتائج ومعلومات توضح ما تعنيه هذه القراءات وما هو وضع السكر لديه وغيرها من المعلومات الضرورية ، ويتم الاحتفاظ بهذه القراءات الكترونيا ، كما ويتم التواصل مع الطبيب المختص الكترونيا من خلال الموقع حيث يستطيع الطبيب الاطلاع على قراءات المريض ومراقبة وضع السكر لديه ، ويتمكن الأشخاص الغير مصابين بهذا المرض من تتبع نسبة السكر لديهم وبالتالي تجنب الإصابة بهذا المرض. وتكمن أهمية هذا الموقع في توفير الوقت والجهد للمريض والطبيب، وسهولة توافر القراءات والاحتفاظ بها، وأيضا سهولة التواصل بين المريض والطبيب.
