Abstract:
في هذا المشروع سنقوم بعمل اختبارات حول مدى مقاومة الخرسانة العادية للضغط على فترات متباعدة (1 ,3, 7 , 14 ,21, 28, 56 يوما ) , ولأشكال مختلفة وبناءً عليه نحصل كل فترة على قيمة ضغط مختلفة بحيث تزداد المقاومة مع الوقت , في العادة تكون الفحوصات على الخرسانة بعد مرور 28 يوم من صب الخرسانة .
ومن جهة أخرى , تم اتباع طريقة معهد الخرسانة الامريكي (ACI) لتصميم الخلطات الخرسانية في حساب كميات المكونات (الاسمنت ، الماء ، الرمل ، والحصى) الداخلة في انتاج خلطة خرسانية (غير مهواة ) ذات خواص نوعية من قابلية التشغيل ومقاومة الانضغاط . ان هذه المكونات تم حسابها على اساس ان الركام المستخدم (الرمل والحصى) يكون في حالة المشبع-الجاف السطح (S.S.D.) ، وان هذا النوع من الركام بالإمكان تهيئته واستعماله والسيطرة عليه مخبريا ، الا انه في موقع العمل والصب يكون من الصعب بل من المستحيل الحصول على هذا النوع من الركام .
في هذا المشروع سوف يتم عمل قوالب خرسانية بأشكال مختلفة شكل مكعب و أسطواني و مضافة اليه المضافات إما لتسريع أو لتأخير زمن الشك
In this project we will make compressive strength tests on ordinary concrete samples from time to time (3 , 7, 14 , 28 , 56 days) and therefore we get the value of each period on the value of different compression strength , thus increasing the resistance with time, in usually tests on concrete after 28 days of pouring concrete
0n the other hand , the American Concrete Institute (ACI) has been followed for concrete mixture design also to calculate the quantities of ingredients (cement, water, sand, and gravel) involved in the production of concrete mixture (non-ventilated) with quality properties of workability and compressive strength. These Ingredients have been computed on the basis that used aggregates (sand and gravel) is in a saturated - dry surface state (SSD), this kind of aggregates can be configured used and control by laboratory, but it is difficult or even impossible to obtain this at work site,
In this project will be introduction to mix design for different samples of concrete in different forms cube and cylindrical and determine the effect of adding the admixture which accelerate or delay the concrete final setting time
