التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى كلية مهنية وحرفية في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة المشروع في إنشاء كلية مهنية وحرفية في بلدة حلحول تحقق الأهداف وتلبي جميع الخدمات التي توفرها الكليات الحديثة؛ فهي تشتمل على قاعات للتدريس و قاعة متعددة الأغراض ومكتبة ومكاتب ومختبرات وكافتيريا وغيرها من الخدمات. إذ تم الحصول على المخططات المعمارية للمشروع من قبل دائرة الهندسة المدنية والمعمارية ليتسنى عمل التصميم الإنشائي وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تشملها, والمشروع من إعداد المهندسة الاء زلوم, بإشراف المهندسة شيرين القاضي. يتكون المبنى من ثلاثه طوابق على قطعة أرض مساحتها 19000 متر مربع ، ومساحة البناء 6570 متر مربع. من الجدير بالذكر تم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية ,ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل تم استخدام U.B.C- 97)) ،أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فقد تم استخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI_318- 08) ولا بد من الإشارة إلى انه تم الاعتماد على بعض البرامج الحاسوبية مثل :Autocad2007, Sap2000 , Atirوغيرها.

نتمنى بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية للمبنى كاملا. وبعد تصميم هذا المشروع وعمل كل ما تم ذكره يتوقع أن نخلص إلى عدد من النتائج والتوقعات تتمثل في ربط المعلومات التي تم دراستها في المساقات المختلفة ، و تحليل وتصميم جميع العناصر الإنشائية وبيان تأثير كل عنصر من العناصر على الآخر، ومن ثم عمل المخططات الإنشائية التنفيذية بشكل كامل ومفصل لكل منها The main Aim of this project is to prepare all of the Structural Design . We choice this project for necessary of increase the number of Professional Literal College’s in Palestine that reflects the ideas of the old town of Hebron and other cities .

This Building consists of 3 Floors (6570m2) approximately for all project. And it's contains : In the Basement Floor : Main Store , Generator Room , Air conditioning and cooling Room , Water well , Cars Operator . In the Ground Floor : Studies Rooms , Multipurpose Room , Admission and Registration Department , Department of Administrative Affairs , Cafeteria , Bathrooms , Carpentry Operator . In the First Floor : Studies Rooms , Department of Administrative Affairs , Library , Electrical installations Operator , Car Electrical Operator, Aluminium Operator, Bathrooms . In the Second Floor : Studies Rooms , computer lab , Chemistry Laboratory , Physics Laboratory , Computer Science Department , Teachers Offices , Electronics Operator, Laboratory of Human Resources , Ceremony , Blacksmith’s Operator , Bathrooms .

For structural design of this project, Jordanian Construction Code was used for determining live loads, whereACI_318- 02 code is to be used for structural analysis and design for all structural elements, and some of computer software will be used, such as Autocad2008, Atir, and Office2007, Staad-Pro2006…etc. By the end of this project, the structural design for structural elements in this building will be done .
