Abstract

People searching for real estate encounter many difficulties in finding the appropriate properties to lease or buy. In addition, they may need to pay additional charges to intermediaries. To reduce these difficulties and charges, the project team decides to build a web application/site that makes it easier for people to find suitable properties. In addition, the web application may link these people directly to properties’ owners to lease or buy.the project team decides to develop a web application that helps people finding proper properties based on the location and/or price by displaying results on Google maps directly. In addition, the web application will help properties’ owners to post their properties to be viewed by visitors and communicate with them through website messaging, phone numbers and emails

يواجو الباحثين عن عقا ا رت صعوبة في ايجاد ىذه العقا ا رت من بيوت أو قطعة ارض بغرض الاستئجار او الش ا رء، ناىيك عن التكمفة الاضافية التي يتحممونيا بسبب الوسطاء، ولذلك نسعى الى حل المشكمة من خلال ايجاد طريقة سيمة لمساعدة الاشخاص عمى ايجاد العقا ا رت المناسبة ليم ووصميم باصحابيا من اجل اتمام عممية البيع او الش ا رء، لذلك سيتم بناء موقع الكتروني يوفر لمباحثين عن عقا ا رت امكانية البحث عن العقا ا رت من خلال موقعيا او اسعارىا وايضا يوفر الموقع الالكتروني ،(Google Maps) واظيار النتيجة مباشرة عمى خ ا رئط جوجل لأصحاب العقا ا رت والوسطاء إمكانية عرض عقا ا رتيم للإيجار أو البيع مع امكانية التواصل بين الاشخاص وصاحب العقار من خلال نظام رسائل داخمي. إن سبب اختيار ىذا المشروع ىو وجود مشكمة لدى الاشخاص ال ا رغبين بالبيع أو الش ا رء في عرض عقارتيم التي يمتمكونيا والاشخاص ال ا رغبين بالش ا رء أو الاستئجار في البحث عن العقار المناسب .
